Yes I do. In fact I don't even bother to look if a discussion I am responding to has marked a Best Response. Automatically, I respond to a discussion which catches my interest and to which I feel I have something to contribute.

I feel as though even if a discussion has a 'best response' already, if there is something I can add to that discussion than I will. However, if everything that I could add has already been said, then I don't think I would bother... a lot of times, the best responses are given out way too early, so there will be more for me to add to a topic. It all depends on what's been said.

Yes, of course. Part of your earnings are given by the number of responses to you receive from a discussion. Just because a best response is marked (and in most cases prematurely) that doesn't mean the discussion is over and that there is nothing to add. If there is something to add, or a way of furthering the discussion, there is no need to stop it just because it has been marked. It doesn't not signify "The End".

If a response was marked best response that I did not feel worthy of it, I would still respond. My purpose here is to be involved in discussions. Although I do like receiving best response marks, I am not concerned with others' best response marks - justified or not.

I don't really take notice of whether the writer has already selected best response. I try to get to all my friends discussions and even though I may be a couple of days late, I still try and add my 5cents worth (if its worth adding, meaning if I do have something to say).

Best or not..we can always have our share of earning just by posting...

Might depend on my mood.. though most times I don't even notice if a discussion has been resolved or not. I do tend to shy away from discussions that have a load of replies because I figure that someone else has already mentioned my thoughts, but I don't think I've ever not replied to a topic of interest just because someone was already marked.

We all strive to earn the ever coveted "Best Response". But why not respopnd even if it's already been awarded? As long as the topic interests me I will respond either way.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yes, I do respond. Getting a best response is not always the criteria to post, since there can be only one best response for a post.

yes if I am intersted in the topic. Actually, I dont mind if there is already best response because I dont notice it at all... if someone appreciate my response and consider it best response then I'll be very grateful but if not then Its fine with me as long as I would be able to share my idea then its ok.

I still respond to discussions even if a best response has been awarded. Most of the time I don't even notice the best responses there. I do not participate in the hopes of getting best response or else it would probably limit the way I answered things. I am just here to enjoy and meet people. I am honored when one of my replies receives a best response, but not discouraged when it doesn't.

First of all, I have never found any discussions have marked the 'Best Response'. If I do, I think I'm still going to read them, however, I would not be posting a response to them. It's useless, the user already chose the best response, that means that his/her discussion was resolved in his/her opinion.

i dont really care if it has a bestresponse or not, i just read the topic and few of the replies and if i feel like saying few things about it then i say it...its simple as that!

Sure! Just because a discussion may have gotten best response and may be ignored by the opener, it will be looked over by other MyLotters.

Yes, I do answer to discussions that are already marked best response. I answer only to themes that interest me. So if I do feel like answering and I have got something to say I will answer either way. Because I get a penny for a quality post, it does not matter whether it has been given best response already.

Yeah, I do. If I have something to say on the topic it doesn't matter to me if the best response has already been selected.
It does bother me a little when I go to a new discussion 20 minutes after it was started, and the best response was selected 5 minutes after the discussion was started. I mean, at least give people time to respond and read them before selecting best response, you know?
