I think I have found a new way to do housework!

HOW TO CLEAN THE HOUSE
1. Open a new file in your PC.
2. Name it "Housework."
3. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN
4. Empty the RECYCLE BIN
5. Your PC will ask you, "Are you sure you want to delete Housework permanently?"
6. Calmly answer, "Yes," and press the mouse button firmly......
7. Feel better?
Works for me! What do you think?

If only house work were really that simple. Before I got married I had a house cleaner. I was working to much and It was really need. Now we have teenage kids and they do most of the house cleaning as part of their chores. My wife keeps saying we need more children so when these ones move out we have someone to take over their chore.

Again I am so thankful for my friends responses to this discussion. I am so happy to know I have provided a bit of glee to your lives.
We also tell our kids that they need to do more and more so that we know that they can do things and won't be coming home alot for help. That is our job to be sure! So far so good except I like to do dishes, and sweep and laundry. Thanks so much for responding!!!

This is great! I think that I will do it today and when the kids say something about the dishes in the sink,I will ask what dishes as I deleted all housework. HAHA!!

IF ONLY!! I would love for certain chores to just do themselves. BUT, alas, ignoring them does not make them go away. And our PCs can't do it for us either. Grrrrr...

Happy Sunday to you WillowLady :)) Ahhh If it were just that easy.. In fact I was sitting here contemplating the fact that I have laundry to do, and floors that need vacuuming and mopping when I saw your post. LMAO I think I shall make that folder and in side make files named floors, laundry and throw it into the recycle bin as you suggested and see if this tip works. I hope that the bin cleans my husbands work clothes as well I as I do :)))
