Do you like exercising?

Sloth was always my favorite deadly sin, but I admit that when I exercise regularly, I feel better with myself. I eat better, sleep better, feel I have more energy, etc.
What about you? Do you like to shake your body, or you prefer to spend your free time doing something else? And if you have to choose a type of exercise, what will it be? Running? Dancing? Playing football? Strength training?
As I'm usually not that good with sports (specially all those that end with "ball"), I go for dancing. It's something I like a lot, so I'm not lazy for it.

When I exercise, I don't label the activity in my mind as 'exercising.' I enjoy going outside and moving my body. If that counts as exercise, then yeah, I enjoy it. For me, playing tennis is the most fun. I also love biking and, if this even counts as exercise, walking places. Walking in a fast pace that is, because I'm an impatient person. And of course, dancing! Or at least what I call dancing, which other people may just refer to as spastic, wild dance monkey movement.
Doing the same bend or stretch (i.e. push ups, sit ups, etc) is so boring. It's much better to go outside and do something with a friend of yours, like playing sports with one another or jogging together. Music also makes things better, in my opinion.

I've breathing problems so exercise is a very large challenge for me...:( I used to love water aerobics but I would disrupt the class with coughing fits that were more like seizures. The embarrassment had driven me out of the water.
The problem started in 1992 when I caught 7 viruses in my lungs all at once. They caused damage. Sense then I've come down with bronchitis several times and now have acute asthma. To further complicate the matter I am allergic to all asthma medications; they give me acute headaches. The asthma meds help me breathe but heck, I'm then flat on the back with a headache for a week that medication won't touch, even prescription medication!
So, until this problem is solved, I am a sloth.

Exercise is a dirty word for me. I hate it. I am in great shape for someone my age, and am told I lookk 40 years younger, so why bother? I have seen so many deaths of young people in shape. So, I don't bother.

I’m getting old so daily exercise is quite essential for me so as to live a longer life haha……That is not perfectly true young guys do need regular exercise as well to maintain health.
Those who do exercises regularly like me will always feel the comfort and refreshment after sweating a lot. Furthermore exercise could get up our appetite.
Normally I take up jogging or swimming as my daily exercise.
More over mopping the floor about 20 to 30 minutes can be regarded as a form of good exercise.

That is one thing I have a hard time making myself do. I've been trying to move around more and have joined a 10,000 step everyday challenge. I'm nowhere near the 10,000 steps but am increasing the amount everyday. Right now I haven't noticed a difference in how I feel, but I think the longer I do it, I will start noticing.

I never gets enough time or you can say never want to spare some time for it. I think it's because where i'm working that place is on the third floor. Daily i used to go up and down 8-10 times. That place is accessible through stairs only and these are near about 70-80 in number and i takes only one minute to reach theres. That keep my self fully fit.

Hi friend,
I used to play anything at free times. Here are somany plays. I also play the sports that are ending with 'ball'.
I used to go to Gym at early morning. Its not on free time but time is spending for that. I am very interested in body building activities.
The main thing is that we have less free time. Because we are doing engineering. All time exams and other projects.
Saturday and sunday gets some free time. At that time we prefer to play cricket. Cricket is the main sports of my friends. We used college ground for all. There somany other gangs also come. We play match with them.
Our college is also promoting sports. Especially cricket and footcall. Our college has a well cricket team. We have won three times in inter college meet.
Anyway i am just sharing my experience with you. By the by keep in touch my dear friend. See you.............

I feel the same way. When I exercise I feel more energized throughout the day. It's just the getting up and getting started that I'm too lazy about. I like doing pilates and yoga. I also like walking. My son and I turn on the music almost every day and dance in the middle of our living room. I also go swimming in my pool sometimes for a little exercise.

Yeah, I have heard a lot of good things about pilates too. I started doing it a couple of years ago. I did it every day for about 3 months and I lost weight and it stretched me out too. Yoga is really relaxing. If you could find the workouts that incorporate both, that would be the thing to do.

I am not good at sports at all but I do love to do mild exercise just to feel more relaxed and fresher at times. I practice yoga every weekend but I am too lazy and tired to practice at home. I attend classes every Saturday and usually I feel a lot better after class. I would feel calm and relaxed. But I think if I didn't attend the class, I wouldn't have the motivation to do that at home, I would just do something else. Also, I enjoy walking a lot, sometimes, after having dinner, I would walk around downstairs just to get some fresh air and forget about the day.

i think greed is mine. haha it reeally depends on my mood if i want to do that stuff, i mean if i have to, then ill do it. like for p.e. :) but if its by choice-choice, i would rather do something else. if i had to choose an excercise, it would be running. its kinda fun. :D
