Ever since my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 months ago she has been following a guide which recommended having no dairy products at all and to limit meat and fish to a few times a week, she has been doing well but finding decent recipes without dairy is difficult so i was hoping you may be able to help. Does anyone have any good vegan recipes? or know of any decent websites which may be able to help create some more interesting meals for my mum?

You could try http://www.viva.org.uk which is world wide organisation figthing for better treatment of animals. If you wish to purchase vegan products then try httP://www.veggie-world.co.uk. Here you will find frozen and dried vegetarian products made from mushrooms and soya bean. Hope this helps.

there is a member on here, her name is michelledarcy, and she has a website with vegan recipes. I bet she would be glad to give you some. She seems really knowledgeable about healthy vegan diets and how to maintain one.
