I have a new car!!!

Just to share you good news. I have a new car: it is an Italian car called Alfa 147. I am trying to add a picture taken by the Alfaromeo web site.
It is just a little thing, but I wanted to share this with you. People here at work are threatening me with bad thoughts..like they will rob it, or damage it and so on.But I don't care. Cars are meant to be used and I need a good car seeing I have at least 100 km to drive each day.
I am thinking about the best name for my car. The previous one was called Iris, under my favourite flowers and Van Gogh's painting. Now I am thinking about Trix (one of my nickname) and Shiny (because the car is silver!!).

Congratulations my dearest friend!!! Yessssssss we do need to see some pictures of the car but of you as well!
In my opinion 'Iris' sounds like a wonderul name that would go with your personality.

ciao magda!! Iris was the name of my previous car because it was blue, one of my favourite colour. This time I chose silver because I want to have black leather inside so I needed a bright colour outside..so I think I am calling her Trix, like my best friends at school called me. It is an old Greek noun and means Hair!!!!

I'm so happy with your news.Now you can go anywhere you want with your car,more easy for you.I hope you will go at many other places except work and home.
Maybe a night drive?Will be more safe than night walk right?

oh thank you for the Greek. I am very fond of your language because I studied old Greek and even though I don't understand the modern language you use, I like the sound, the spelling of your language..by the way, I have this painting ( a copy of course) in front of me, just while writing to you now!!!

Am I not the only one giving name for my car?
My car name is Aida.
One of my friends name was Aida, she lives somewhere on Germany, but I didn’t see her for many years.

i like giving names to everything..it is a way to express my affection for things I use or own..sounds strange but it is true..the first thing I named was my first doll...it was called Marica and then...I named more and more things...so now I have got Trix, this new little car. Let's hope it will be safe and we will get along well!!!

OH congratulations dear - beautiful car. I like 'Trix' Shiny is too ordinary :) I can't imagine people wanting to do harm to another person's transportation - they need to get a life and save their money rather than to be jealous of someone else.

I know how you feel. You are very happy. I like Alfa, too. It is just a great design. I bought a year ago a new silver car, also. This car was designed by Alfa, too but is does not wear the Alfa label. I am very happy with it. My car doesn`t have a name.
