PHOBIAS... do you have it?

i'm claustrophobic. i hate any confined or enclosed places. im also scared of heights.

I have some of them.Im scared of snakes but dont know what phobia name is given for it.Im scared of spiders too.I know that it is called arachnophobia...

The fear of snakes is called either ophidiophobia or snakephobia. It is a very common fear.

just how high are we talking here? because im so over scared of heights! 4 feet above the ground would be enough to freak me out. like standing in a table. really.

yeah. I'm also scared of heights. in the high moutain, i don't dare to look down on the brink of cliff.

I do not think that I have any phobias that I am aware of. I guess I am just happy with the world the way it is and that doesn't bother me at all.

I think that we all have some type of phobias, at least to some degree. My worst phobia has got to be claustrophobia. I can't stand to be confined in a small space. It drives me crazy to go shopping in a crowded store and be packed into an aisle with a dozen or so other people where I can't get out. I'm not sure if that is my claustrophobia wanting out of the aisle, or a touch of agoraphobia not wanting me to be in such a crowded place in the first place.

I think we all have some phobias. My husband is afraid of snakes. I am a little claustrophobic. I really feel cramped in this townhouse. We were renting a big house until we could not afford the utility bills. Now I feel like I am living in a shoe box. I'm getting a little antsy about driving in all the traffic along the highways. Then again, there are balloons. I hate them cause I am afraid they will pop. I hate loud noises.

I am claustrophobic too. However, i do have fear of flying and of heights. It just makes my head spin.

I've several phobias to rank. I'm afraid of snakes , I fear a crowd , I am delirious when I'm in a high rise building ,I've a hatred for hermaphrodites ... the list prolongs .

i am very scared of heights. I am also relatively scared of spiders but it depends on the type of spider. For example, i would not be scared of daddy-long-legs but i am scared of red-backs or anything that is very poisonous - we got quite a few around the house - they pop up in the usual places that haven't been touched for a long while.
