Anyone else really slacking now that summer is here?

Oh yes, I am slacking. It's so boring. We don't have 4 seasons in Singapore but yes, it is boring and I am slacking. Don't feel like doing a thing.

I am diffinatly not slacking in mylot now that summer is here. I have post almost all the time during the summer. I really go hardcore when it comes to posting in the warmer times. Almost anywhere you go, you can find me. I just love posting in these times because there is very little commitments to make, and I have to put no limits on myself.

Im in the midst of moving and that inself is a nightmare.LOL We have been moving things over there all this week. And next weekend we will be in. And then I have to unpack everything.LOL Oh what a joy. Yea right.LOL I hope you enjoy your summer Im going to try anyway. Take care.

I have been spending very little time on the computer at all since it got nice out. The summers are so short here in the NE United States, as you know. We have to take advantage of every minute of nice weather! I hate to be cooped up inside when it's nice out. Even if I'm just sitting outside reading, at least I'm outside getting the fresh air.

Hello.hockeygal4ever,i feel that mylot activity has been very slow these days and i do not have many new discussions from my friend as before.I am not very active these days,it is winter in australia,but i have been very lazy to post and reply these days,i go to bed much earlier than before becaue the temperature is too low which makes me sleepy.

I am indeed slacking now that summer has come around and not just on myLot, but in everything else...Yea that's really bad. In fact ever since summer has rolled around, I havn't really been online as often as I used to. Like you, I also enjoy the winter season more and it makes me feel much more comfortable. Its probably due to that fact that its extrememely hot down here in Atlanta, Georgia. I sweat like a pig when I go outside of my house during the daytime.

I am so busy, not just because it is summer but I have so much to do now my disability payment came though and I am running around catching up paying bills. I bought this new computer and use it so much less than the old one. It's also easier to be out and about because the weather is nice, but the humidity does aggravate my pain. If it isn't one set of medical issues it's another.

Oh I'm defitnately slacking. I'm going to play video and computer games all day. Make a couple extra dollars here on MyLot. And that's about it. Oh I'm also designing a couple shirts with design I create. Oh and how can I forget TV!

Yes I have too. With yard work and my mother having some health problems its been hard to keep up with my discussions.

Summer is here?? Well I hope our two weeks of really good weather back in April wasn't our summer, It's been raining and is quite cool and windy the past few weeks here. But to answer your question, I've been slack since I returned to work 3 months ago but as I finish tomorrow (yippee) I'll be back to normal until I find another job.

I admit that I have not been as active on mylot as I should have been the past couple of months, but now that summer is here, my activity will be picking up some. I home school my children, so, when summer comes I can get most of my work done. Whereas, the rest of the school year, I am quite busy. Thanks for posting.

Well, as you know I have been "absent" for awhile now...my shoulder is finally getting better and now I'm ok'd to be on the computer for 30 min a day ( plus my time at work)...so I have been slacking but mine was imposed by the doctor!!! I agree that summer brings an entirely different outlook to things...I am a baseball fan and attend as many games as I can...( had to give up my season tickets this year because the friend that shared them with me could no longer afford it...and that in turn made it too expensive for me!!!!) I also like to get out and do my walking off the treadmill when the weather is nice...So even though I'm ok'd to be online more often...I'm perhaps not going to spend quite as much time as I would have in the more inclimate weather!!! We are having a picnic tomorrow..so I expect it might rain...LOL..but that's early summer in Seattle!!!

I think i've been spending more time online but only because I have fewer things to do now than i have had in the past couple of months. Summer is so beautiful and it is meant to be enjoyed (except in 100F+ weather, then its just annoying), and there is so much you can do in the summer that you can't do any other time of year!! You can go swimming, plant a garden or even maintain and existing one, take a summer course (ick), go camping, biking a walk in the park and probably a million other things that I can't think of at the moment. In Florida, summer is the time to hang out in front of the AC, not outside, where the old people burst into flames at sunrise.

Yeah, it's summer and my vacation is almost over... but I still have a bit free time in July;-) I can't remember yet how much exactly, althogether it should be 32 days. I have spent a lot of time online but hardly had time for mylotting, my online business I'm building right now takes me so much time. For me the best news of the summer is that the strawberries are almost ready! Walking through a small grove (or should I say park?) I saw and picked some quite ripe ones.... jummy! I have to drag my BF somehow to the real forest but he has so much work now, when the St. John's day is arriving, and so many people need a cab, because they can't drive themselves (guess why LOL!)

I had a hard time getting on here as much as I wanted last month but this month I have got on more then I anticipated just because we are in the process of moving and I really didn't think I would be able to make in on here as much but I have been on here more this month then I was last month . I do believe that as we move more into summer that I will be getting on less and less just with it nice outside and doing things with the family and all . We have a wedding to go to for the beginning of next month and there are family and friend that we are going to see plus we will be moving everything into the new house and then the older children are going to need more drives around because they are working now , so with summer I do believe that I will find less and less of my time on here .

I haven't been able to spend as much time here as I would like to. I really don't know where my time is going. It probably just is that the weather is nice and I'm tending to sit outside more and go for walks.

Hi, I have basically not been on mylot in a couple of weeks. I don't think it is really because of the fact that summer is here, but rather I have gotten so busy at work. I do plan on being on a lot more regular for the next while however to make up for my lack of activity. I can see how the summer would lure people away from the computer however. :) cheers,
