MisterSteve That reminds me of Peggy Hill. Apparently, she buys size 16 shoes and files off the 1, so as to appear to be a size 6. I guess it's embarrassing to not to have the dainty little feet. Look at the Chinese ladies that use to bind their feet. Crazy.
