Sharing an effective way to treat flu.

My cousin is a doctor. He tells me that if I catch a cold flu with running nose and sneezing, I can stick my legs in a bucket full of hot water. I should keep changing the water to remain hot. Meanwhile, I should drink a lot of hot water. Then when I start to sweat, I should quickly go to bed and sleep, kept warm. I have done that several times, and it does work!

i think his advice is very good. the best way to cure flu is keeping warm, drinking much water and having a good rest.

With no cure in sight for the cold or the flu, current treatments can at best bring symptom relief or shorten the duration of those symptoms. You can take one of a variety of medications that may help relieve your symptoms. Or you can take the natural approach. Believe it or not, those annoying symptoms you're experiencing are part of the natural healing process -- evidence that the immune system is battling illness. It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. Staying warm and resting when you first come down with a cold or the flu helps your body direct its energy toward the immune battle.
