how can you pass those moments when you are feeling down?

Try to get yourself to do some thing you enjoy doing. I do my crafting, gets my mind off myself and into something elce. Its not always easy,just remember tomorrows another day.

I rely on friends. keeping busy around the house to try and get my mind off it.

I turn to my friends or husband to cheer me up. If I really feel like being alone I go out and rent a funny movie and that will usually cheer me up!

Its difficult for me. I cant do anything or think of anything. It takes about two days for me to come back to normal self.

I personally like being alone, completely isolated for awhile until i am able to re-gain my composure and put on a fake smile.

I usually turn up the blues music, and lose myself in the music for a little while. I also try to think of people in worse situations than me.

I talk to friends, I play online games, I pray, I cuddle my little dogs. When I'm lonely, I call a friend or a family member.

You can kick those moments away by giving yourself a li'l jerk, just shake yourself off from that kind of feeling. You can go for a long walk or long drive, if time & money permits you can travel to a new place. A new place always brings in new feelings in you and if you travel to some new place, it surely will help you. Otherwise, you can listen to your favorite songs or speak with your best friends to divert your mind away from the things that are making you sad.
