radnurse Not only if we are seen smoking x2 we will be fired but if we come to work smelling like smoke they can send us home without pay!I'm pretty fired up about this any ideas where and if there is a legal leg to stand on?

radnurse I am a smoker and ticked because now my workplace in all non-smoking-they can fire you if your caught-I can't risk my job- I use the nicorette gum-Hope to quit for good someday but for now at work this is helping-maybe you could try it

Help,I think our ditch drain is blocked- we started having problems about 6 months ago when water came up from our basement drain.We had our septic tank pumped(although the water was not septic water) and we cleaned our gutters...
