I graduate in Accountancy but my first choice is accountant.
I was thinking if I could perform better if I stick with my first choice
rather than being in a course that my parents want me to take up.
Luckily, I didn't failed in any of my subjects.
I'm graduated with first class honest

The degree that I finished was solely my choice. My parents never dictated what they would like me to take up. They said that as long as I can do it and it is really what I want then I could go on with it. So I took up accountancy and made my parents proud by passing the CPA board exams the first time. I am now working and applying what I learned from school. And although there are times where I ask myself why I took this subject, there are more times where I thank God that this is what I took up in college.

I also majored in accounting because my guidance counselor told me it was best suited to me. I wanted to teach, but she pushed me towards accounting. Now I have gone back to school to do what I want to do!

Well, that is just so great for you that you have made that choice. That is just so good for you. My parents wanted me to be alot of things but I chose to be a psychologist instead. So, I am almost done with my degree for that.

My college degree was my choice. My parents wanted me to be happy in anything I did, so if hotel management made me happy, they were happy. They were supportive of both my brother and I when we decided on what we wanted to take in college and the jobs we are doing right now.
