The 7 deadly sins - which ones are you guilty of, don't be shy, I won't tell:-)

LOL ok this could be interesting..Here goes recycled, jsut for you :-D Wrath - LOL without a doubt...in fact a common saying around here is "beware of the Wrath of Mom/Raven" LOL its rare when I get to that point in comparison to way back when...back in the day I had a HORRIBLE Wrath-fest that lasted a good few yrs actually LOL Sloth - Ok, I'll admit I have my moments..usually around "that time" each month but thats partly due to extreme physical pain and serious lack of energy...so its not my fault LOL Gluttony - again during "that time" I've been known to be a Glutton..and of course at other times too cause damn it I LOVE to cook AND EAT LOL Greed - hhhmmm well I would ahve to say NO...I am not guilty of being greedy in fact just the opposite more often than not....HOWEVER I do have that "I want it and i want it right now" habit BUT I never put it into action if I cant afford it or dont really need it ya know... Pride - No...I'm proud of myself dont get me wrong...but not to the point of vanity by any means...I acknowledge my strengths and accomplishments just as anyone should IMO but I'm certainly not vain about it at all....IN FACT more times over I've been told I'm rather humble...I wouldnt say that..IMO I'm just me, take it or leave it, like it or hate it...I'll still always be just me ya know.... Envy - naw...there was a time when I was envious of others be it celebrities, friends, and even strangers but that ended a long time ago.....I really have nothing to be envious FOR ya know...I'm very grateful for all I have in life and I dont need anything else...not to the point of being envious of someone else at least Lust - LMFAO ok um ya so I'm totally guilty of this one! I love to lust...Lusting is an excellent pasttime/hobby and a great way to um keep the juices flowing so to speak...the um creative juices I mean of course (naughty wicked ppl tisk tisk)...Yea I'm definately guilty of this one....probably more so than any of the others LOL Its no wonder this one is my favourite LOL

hahaha, i will have to own up... I think i am guilty to ALL of them! now that i think about it....that is really bad.... being a male, the 7th one is a no question xD, almost everyday! envy not as much, but still, i do envy people once in a while, even on myLot, i envy how people can make more than $2 a day just by posting! Wrath is also a no brainer, almost everyday. Greed exists in every human...... arrrr i'm so sinful! but i'm sure God will forgive anyone who asks for it =D

I just took a quiz at tickle.com, and learned that my guilt, in descending order, lies in: gluttony sloth pride lust wrath greed envy Well, eating and sleeping are basic necessities, right? I would've thought wrath was the least of my sins, but what do I know?

Lol someone has been watching Big Brother this week... me too! Well to be honest I'm probably guilty of every single one but Gluttony maybe the worst as I feel the need to own so many shoes, handbags and clothes I can't get my wardrobes shut anymore and had to buy extra storage for all my shoes.. Oh well shoot me now hehe!

Hi Hun! Hope all is well! I'm sure I have been guilty of all 7 at some point in my life but right now I am definitly feeling envy. I am very envious of my brother! He has his own home, nice car, great job, wealth, etc. My hubby and I are just making it by, plus we have a one year old to take care of!

Mmmmm....maybe there's something wrong with me...or something or so right....I really am not guilty of any of the seven deadly sins...really!! Wrath....I might get a little teed off about something, but I'm pretty much even-tempered sloth...nope...workacholic here Greed...--nope--I make crafts for sale for instance, but more times out of ten, I give away my crafts to people--so yes I'm losing money that way...but what can I say? Pride...while I might have pride in my work I'm not a boastful or show-off type proud Envy--nope again...for instance...I sometimes watch shows like wheel of fortune...I'm actually happy when someone wins...good for them kind of attitude Lust..definitely not...LOL

Let's see, I guess I have been guilty of all 7 deadly sins. Wrath: The act of anger has always played a role in my life. I am bipolar and have been angry many times in my life. Sloth: The act of apathy (modern) is to sustain in depression or joylessness actions. I too have felt quite depressed during certain bipolar stages. Gluttony: Only when I was pregnant!:P Greed: I many of times have horded things to myself due to greed. Pride: I have felt too good for my own two shoes at times. When ever I look at my terrible parents whom have nothing to show for their "perfect" lives, I always feel pride. Envy: I admit, I have been feeling this deadly sin the most recently, I am quite jealous of my younger sister doing better in life than me. I have been the brunt of abuse which has resulted in mental conflictions; whilst my sister has had it so good. She has had my parents pay for her college education, and supplied me with nothing. Lust: Many times, especially when I was younger, I felt lust. I had many crushes, but now that I am older, and married to a wonderful man, I feel no lust whatsoever. These are all the dealdy sins I have been guilty of.

I wonder what kind of life a person who wasn't guilty of any of these would have. Keeping the wrath bottled up inside would increase blood pressure, the opposite of sloth would mean working to the point of exhaustion, then there would be the eating disorders, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, more lack of motivation, and general boredom. Hmmmm, the sins don't seem so bad after all. (Okay, numbers 4 and 6 in this person's life kind of contradict number 2.)

I've done the lot. Wrath - yes, though I've learned to control it because I can do that one really well. Sloth - yes, if given the chance my couch would be more worn out than it is now. Gluttony - I'm now on a diet. Greed - I'm sure I have more than I need, so yes. Pride - yes, proud for all the wrong reasons and had to learn humbleness. Envy - I had a bad green streak, It's much better now, the more I found I was enviable, yet that can lead to false pride - so a viscious circle that one. Lust - Guilty. My animalistic tendencies have led me astray on a few occasions. Am I absolved now?

i may be committing most of them but not all of them i guess. wrath - i am often called as a 'high-bloodied' person literally because i get easily annoyed and burst into 'flames'. envy - i often feel this when i see my friends getting better opportunities, luckier and smarter than i am. gluttony - i love so much food that i sometimes keep my leftovers in my cabinet so no one could take them away. i often eat more than 3 times a day. lust -i am trying to overcome and control this otherwise i am always in trouble with my partner. greed- as much as possible i want to have everything despite the fact that i can't afford them. when i buy certain things i don't allow others to use them. how greedy i am! May God forgive me my sins!!!

only 7? dang it! i am so sinful i could have sworn there are more. how about "flame id!ots in mylot". does that constitute a deadly sin?

In the past I have commited the following sins: Greed, Pride, Envy and Lust. As they say- we are all only human.

Well, what are the 7 deaadly sins again? IM not even familiar with them! LOl..okay, I admit im guilty of at least 3 out of the 7 deadly sins. NUmber one on my list is Envy! hah! I don't see anything wrong with that honestly. Its quite normal to feel envious of someone else's good fortune. Why am I feeling that if that isnt normal right? Its actually what you with do what you feel that's wrong! right?

I'm guilty of nearly all, I wouldn't say i'm guilty of pride or envy, it's just not really my way..:)

I have really only been guilty of one and I am constanly working on it...Wrath...I would to get it down to just.."gently pissed off"

LOL! Well I'm tempted to say all of them! But in honesty, probably only three. Sloth - I am a naturally lazy person - a real "couch potato" - don't do anything more than I have to - so I'm definately guilty of this one! Gluttony - I'm one of these people who eats 24/7 and never puts on weight - bet everyne hates me now! LOL! I certainly eat to much, and often for the sae of it - not because I'm really hungry! Lust - OK - I'll leave the details of that one to you imagination:-))

I am guilty of every single one. Yes it is true, all seven! I have for sure felt Wrath, btu I didn't really act on it. I have been lazy so that is Sloth right? I have ate until I was stuffed and I believe that is Gluttony. I have hid my peanut butter M&Ms from my husband I believe that would fall under Greed. Sometimes I think I look damn good and that would probably be Pride. Envy, well... I would love to have a kid and I think I feel Envy everytime I see someone pregnant. Last one, Lust... if you have never felt this I would have to say you might want to check your pulse. LOL

Ok I guess my worst is no 1! yep I have the worst temper - I do try to control it but when someone lights my fuse everyone better stand well back! I know it is a bad trait to have and I do work on curbing it but so far haven't managed it! xxx

It is Sloth that I am guilty of. There is so much around the house I need to do before the Fall Semester starts, and I still haven't started on any of it yet. Today, my excuse is going to be the heat.
