It depends with what vegetable do I have.
In the case of cucumber, I love to make salad out if it. Some love it stir-fried.
Some vegetables life the green leafy ones, I like with soup. Vegetables that are rich in carbo like square or potato, I love to have them both stir-fired and with soup.
God bless!

Depends on the recipe and the vegetables I am cooking but generally, I don't like my vegetables overcooked. I like them crunchy. Actually I prefer and love garden salad in thousand island dressing.

There are people who don't eat vegetables. For me, i like vegetables very much. As to how do i prefer it, i usually prefer it half cooked. Vegetables should be half cooked to preserve the vitamins in it. I also used to prepare it steamed. One of the vegetable dish i like is the chopsuey (mixed vegetables)! The vegetable i usually steamed are carrots, brocholli and cauliflower. Stir fried vegetables is also good! Wow, i'm hungry now.

I used to like them that way....steamed but my sister in law introduced me to bakes veggies. Any veggie you can imagine tossed together then baked with a little butter and seasoning. She even put beets in with parsnips etc. I loved them.

I do frozen vegetables in the microwave with no water. There is sufficient moisture. If I have Oriental or Chinese vegetables, I stir fry them with some sliced almonds and a touch of soya sauce. I don't like them boiled in a pot on the stove. I used to have a steamer, but do not have one now. I was living in Vancouver at the time.

I love to eat vegetables mixed with meat and half cooked so it won't lost it's nutrients and vitamins. Stir fried and steamed vegetables are also very delicous. Green leafy vegetables are also good to eat raw with mayonaisse and cheese. I love it.

i like mine to be boiled but only for a short time, i have not purchased a steamer yet!! will be soon.
stir fried is yummy too, but i like to get some foil with a little olive oil, put in garlic, peppers, red onion, sweet potato and some others and roast them in foil for about 40 mins. lovely with chicken!!

I like my vegeables stir-fried too. I don't like mushy veggies. My mother sometimes over cooks them. My favorite veggie atm is asparagus! I just put that in some water with some butter.

each vegetable has distinctive features and treatment in processing. This refers to the flavor and vitamin content which exist on these vegetables.
vegetable processing the wrong can result in damaged vitamin content, this certainly is not either economically or from the value of health.
I prefer the steamed because in addition to the color of vegetables will retain the right course of processing will be able to maintain the existing value of vitamin
