Saturday Night

I am home alone cleaning. My husband and son are at a race. I didn't feel up to going. Plus, I know they are going to be out late and it is a good chance for me to clean the house while they are out.

Well we haven't done much today. My husband was taking a look at our van to see what was wrong with it. Well we have to a front mount for the motor. Then i was trying to clean today. Going through my kid's stuff. Then i played with the kids. So we just stayed home today. I have 3 cats and they were even being lazy today.

I spent Saturday afternoon with the cookbooks I bought from a church rummage sale getting the recipes out. I lost all my cookbooks in a recent fire so I am collecting some again. The books themselves mostly will be sold at a flea market that I will attend as a vendor in the fall. I had a couple of rum and cokes, we caught the ice cream truck, mine is still in the freezer and watch creature features on Sci Fi. At night, I had taken the day off from the computer and spent is with family and relaxing mostly. Went to bed a bit on the early side for me however needed to rest and feel better since I had been really busy the last few days of the week. Saturday was a good day and night for me.

Staying home with a laptop and tv. Nothing to do for me.

Played football and surfied the Internet! Enjoying my life, cause it is the weekend!

i usually sleep late and just surf the net or watch some movies

most of us expect that we can have a good time on saturday night and we are more likely to feel lonely and depressed if what happens is not like what we expect. sometimes i have the same feeling as you.

Watching "Six String Samurai," which we thought was going to be a completely atrocious B-movie. As it turns out, it's pretty decent. :)
