Bad users

I believe that it says in the FAQ section that you should not rate someone negative if you don't agree with their reply. This is not what the rating system is for. This site is all about getting into discussions and if everyone agreed it would be quite boring.

They must be sad people and I know that they definitely need more love. Not necessarily from me however it would not do me any good to harbor hate for something on line. My life in the real world is so much more important. We don't have to always agree and we should be able to to agree to disagree. I hope somehow you are shielded from the evil that exhibits itself through the minus rating button.

That is not what the system is for, so I don't think they should be doing that. The rating system is to report people who don't say anything, example, put hi how are you? as a response or people who are rude. it is not a rating system based on whether or not you agree with what was said.

I think it is silly to do myself I rate everyone positive that I reply to myself. If I disagre with something I usally don't respond to it.

Firstly they are abusers, The rating system should not be used in that way, its wrong and they need to understand it..Personally I do not like the ratings anyway because of the free abuse it gives people. Its just simply not fair..

I think its completely unfair. Also, some people aren't above reporting you just because you posted something they do not agree with. There are even times a thread will be deleted even though your response wasn't vile, vitriolic or threatening. Mylot may claim it wants discussion, but some of their members seem to want yesman-ism.

I know it is their rights but I think people should be fair about that because that isn't right in my opinion. We are all allowed to have our own opinions and it is ok if no one agrees with us either but they should not take it against us.
