Hey. Here in NZ our "Hot dogs" are very different to the American hot dog... Our hot dogs are simply, a sausage on a stick, dipped in batter and deep fried in oil, when cooked, tomato sauce is poured on and thats it, ready to eat lol...

That sounds pretty good! Kind of like the corn dogs in the U.S.

We tend to buy Sugardale hot dogs and hubby likes them with ketchup and relish or onion on a bun. I like mine on whole wheat bun when we can get them and barring that is is pulling through the cheese of macaroni and cheese which is how we normally eat them on a short night and on a rare occasion. We think it non food technically.

I eat all different kind of hot dogs and it they are cooked right, I have no problem with that. I would eat it with chips and some veggies.

I like my hot dogs off the grill, burnt to a crisp, with some mustard, ketchup, relish, and onion on top. On a bun too. With some potato chips or coleslaw!

I too enjoy an all beef frank from Nathan's or Oscar Myers hot dogs. I can't toehr company's hotdogs it just dont taste the same. I liek to boil mine in water and it with sweet relish and mustard. if relish isn't available, i go with the ketchup and mustard mix.
Notthing beats a good CHili dog made with WOlf brand chili, sharp cheddar cheese and onions yummmm!
