I was think for many years and then had three childern and within 10 years gained over 60 pounds. I wasn't happy with it and after nearly two years have lost that weight. I am okay with the weight I am now but would like to tone it more. I would still like to lose more if it happens ( I work out regularly and eat right) but mostly I would like to not jiggle so much HEHE. I am in better shape then I was 16. So are you happy with your weight?

Hello! Well, I am not very happy at all with my weight right now, but compare it to last yr I'm a bit happy. Before I got preg, my waist line was 24, my clothes are always small or extra small. Then during my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight, after giving birth, I loved all the extra fats so much that I kept them for 1 year! LOL!! Since this year started I'm trying my best to lose weight, trying to be good, and so far I'm doing well. I haven't weighed myself yet, but my clothes are now not very tight. I feel better now, more comfortable than last yr. I'm still on my battle against my weight, the game is not over yet! LOL!!! just hope I'll win and not give up...It's hard..I loved all those fats very much, and letting them go is hard!! LOL!!! And oh my husband gave me an ecouragement..he said if i'll lose more weight he'll buy me a new wardrobe!yeey!hahahaha... take care...
cheers! :D

Actually no I'm not...mind you I'm happier now at 176 than I was at 205 last summer :-0 That was a serious trip for me to weigh THAT MUCH...I'd never been that size before in my life, not even when I was preg! Before kids I ranged between 135-145 and was very fit...though I'd like to wt that again I'll be happy when I'm down to 150-155....I figure if I get back at it I'll be down to that by Halloweenie :-D YAY......Luckily I carry this extra wt pretty well..probably becuase I am toned under this layer of chubbiness and I'm tall and leggy LOL

Yeah I am tall too so it was hard for me to realize that I was getting bigger. Top weight was 220 at 5 foot 10. Good luck on reaching your goals!

Not really about my personal story but it relates to one of my fat relatives. I have seen her over-cautious about her weight. She measures and watches her weight daily and with extreme care. It is hard to find any reasonable change in her shape despite of different attempts made by her, but we have to say otherwise.
Its at the same time funny and annoying experience.

I wouldn't want to diet. I just eat healthy most days and reduce junk food. It would be to much stress if I worried about it.

I am currently dieting, I have been dieting for over two years. I have lost 95lbs, and have 65lbs more to go. It will probably take me almost another year. I will probably be dieting the rest of my life. I do not want to ever get as big as I was. I am giggly but that is the way I am

Yes so far i am happy with my weight. Just to be sure i could mentain my weight of not over 120 lbs, i am not eating so much foods rich in carbohydrates. I am taking that with a gap if ever and more on vegetables. Fruits could also help. It is not good to achieve more weight since my age is also increasing. I need to reassure that my weight could be lesser but not over than 120 lbs. I must also recognize the outcome if at my age getting more weight, it's hard my health could be affected if ever. I must be curios of takin any "junkfoods" extra food we eat that make us heavier then............we call that irregular eating habbits. I am trying to get rid of that at least i am free from other illness. It affects our health naturally.....Is Daily exercise needed by our body then?

just seem from your picture, you are not over weight in my opinion but healthy. i myself look like you in figure.
i used to feel depressed for many years---all through my adolencet time. but then i realized that confident comes from your inner side ,you mind and your thought. gradually, i walk with my head up i become more and more popular among people around me. i got confident----almost in every aspect. this world is full of people who are not beautiful in appearance, who are not slim, and who even lose some parts of their bodies. but i do not judge people by appearance, and i found so do most of the other people. moreover, healthy is much more important than good looking.
