Do you feel back pain being long time siting in front of PC? I feel in specially during cold days. If so how you get relief from it? I apply ice for the first 2 or 3 days after you hurt at my back, then switch to heat. I use ice pack for 5 to 15 minutes every 2 or 3 hours. After a couple of days, use a heating pad or take a hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes every 2 or 3 hours. Taking over counter pain medicine, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, for example) or an anti-inflammatory drug such as aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin, for example). These medicines usually work best if you take them on a regular schedule instead of waiting until the pain is severe. I advise other back pain patient to follow my medicine and device.

You should take more calcium-based diet to keep this pain low even it can cure 80% by calcium. By the side of growing age pain in joints increase for want of calcium specially for women so women need to take more calcium when her age grow. I also take calcium regularly so pain is keeping minized.

I get back, neck pain and headaches. I've had to adjust my seat and monitor so I'm looking upwards (doctors advice) but that seems to make it worse for me so I take plenty of breaks as often as I can and I take Tylenol or Advil.

Thankfully, that does not happen to me just yet. Maybe as I get older, I will see the difference then.

I don't usually get back pain, but I have put my feet to sleep sitting there too long. Also, my wrists may start to ache if I'm typing too much. I can think I've only been there for a little while and realize it's been 3 hours! LOL
