Yes, heck I hated to even talk in my speech classes in high school. I am much better at writing than I am at the speaking part.

Not nearly as much as I used to actually, as long as I'm prepared in advances for what I intend to speak about. Improvisational public speaking still makes me quite nervous though.

yes, do practice more. and dont be too focus on your voice or what, pay more attention to your listener then you will be more comfortable.

No, I don't. As a matter of fact I love to speak with a mike in front of a huge group of people, the more the better. I like to test my wits with someone equally intelligent in public debates too. i took part in a game show on television as a young man and won each time,so am not camera shy either.

Yes!! I was always told that the more I did it, the easier it would get. But it just got harder and harder! It was so petrifying. But then I learned that I had anxiety the whole time and did not know it. So if your fears will not go away, tell your doctor, because medication may help.

I hate public speaking. When I was in school I was terrified of it. The days we had to do our speeches I would fake sick to try to avoid it. When I did finally have to say me speech I was so nervous. As I have gotten older I'm not a scared as I used to be. I still avoid it as much as possible.

The first few times I had to speak to an audience I was a bit nervous. These days it is very simple to speak to a large group of people. It comes very easy to me becaus eI have been performing music for so many years that the stress of being in front of people is gone. Now when I have to get in front of a group of people and speak I can do it with confidence. I also try to have a good time with it by telling a few jokes to break the ice. Once you have people's attention and both you and your audience are comfortable public speaking is a piece of cake!

I'm lucky, I've never had that fear. I use to do acting in school. I would get up infront of anywhere from 15-100 people and just act. Some of it was plays and some of it was improvisation. That's where you make up stuff on the spot. I was great at that. I miss doing it.

yah im always scared of speaking in front of a bunch of people, even though i should be used to it now. i did model united nations and was exec of multiple clubs throughout college, so i had to do a lot of public speaking...but i still dont like it!! im always extremely nervous the first few minutes, but i tend to calm down towards the end if i know what im talking about.

Oh yeah...and that's a shame because I do it for a living. I have bad stomach pains until I'm there doing it.
