Do you always have a dessert with every meal? I don't do a dessert with every meal I cook. I seem to only do a dessert when I have company over or for special holidays. My dad, on the other hand, has to have something sweet...

soorajk I like to have a dessert for lunch.. but on most occassions, it is not possible and I adjust myself then.Regarding the health, if u eat in a controlled manner, a little sweet is not going to damage your health..that's my opinion.
