How do you store your pizza in your refrigerator?

Most times I leave the pizza in the delivery box and put it onto the middle shelf of my refrigerator, for easy access. I find that it tastes really good as a left over when simply warmed up on my George Foreman grilling machine.
I'd love to store my pizza in a storage container to keep it tasting fresher, but for some reason haven't found anything that really works. That would be a big money saver for us. That way we'd only have to order pizza once a week and then could eat left over pizza.
How do you store your pizza in your refrigerator? Do you freeze pizza slices in ziplock bags so that the kids or spouse can have a quick meal later in the week?

It depends on when we are planning on eating it again. Sometimes when my son and I go out during the day without my husband, we get pizza. We eat a couple of slices, and then leave it in the fridge so my husband can eat it when he gets up. My son will usually have another slice with my husband, or sometimes that is even what we have for dinner if I don't feel like cooking. If I know that we are doing something like that, I just leave it in the box.
If the whole family had it for dinner, and it is going to be in the fridge overnight, I usually wrap it in saran wrap so it doesn't get all dried out.
I've never frozen pizza slices from Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. I do that sometimes when I make my own pizza, though. Pizza is usually gone pretty quick at our house, though. If I would let him, I think my son would eat pizza every day! Anytime you ask him what he wants to eat, he answers with either "Pissa!!" or "Chiggy and wice!" (chicken and rice). lol

Oh, I wish I could get my little kid to eat chicken and rice. My spouse loves that stuff and would have it three times a week if I would cook it. Maybe after the weather cools down some and I can get back into my kitchen and it's not so hot. Thanks for the tip about saran wrap. I have not tried that.

I do the same thing you do. I just throw the box in the fridge and call it a day. Anytime I've tried to put it in a container it gets all soggy and gross. My fiance will eat it cold the next day while I heat it back up in the oven to get it toasty again.

I would leave the pizza in the delivery box and put the whole thing into the fridge. Then when I am about to eat, I would reheat the pizza in the microwave and that's it. I don't put them in anything else for the convenience sake.

I automatically take it out of the box and put it in Ziploc bags- but I don’t freeze it- Just put it back in the fridge for the next day- or even a midnight snack! YUM!! OK all these pizza questions- you got me thinking I want pizza for lunch! When we leave it in the box-- it dries out over night-

I either put it in a container or wrap it in foil if I don't have any free containers.

I have thought of freezing slices but when I go to do it somehow it is always gone ;) If it's going to be in the fridge overnight then I will generally wrap it in foil (we rarely buy take out pizza it is either Frenshetta's or homemade) or put it on a plate and cover it with foil. I rarely heat mine up...I like it cold just as much...man you are making me want pizza :)
HAVE A GOOD DAY!!

Pizza doesn't last long enough around here to warrant any special way of storing it. I just put what's left over on a plate and put it in the fridge. It'll be gone the next morning anyway. Hubby and I both love cold pizza for breakfast, no heating, no fuss, no muss. :D

I will just leave the pizza in the delivery box if there is space in the fridge. If there isn't, I will just wrap the pizza with alumimum foil individually, so that to reheat it is easy. However, most of the time, at most there is 1 or 2 pieces left as I do not buy pizza to keep. lol.

I like to eat pizza, buy more, sometimes on the dirty on the refrigerator, I feel frozen pizza is also good to eat, but would not take very long, because I felt a long time, it would not have the same flavor.

Since pizza in my household won't be uneaten for more than two days, I just keep the delivery box it came in & close it & kep it on the middle shelf in the fridge. It tastes just as good reheated in the microwave. I love Papa John's. Unfortunately since I'm trying to lose weight this is the last thing I should be thinking about lol!

I use plastic wrap or ziplock bags if I don't have wrap on hand. And there are times I freeze it if I don't feel like having left over pizza.
