I do like all sorts of food, and meat in particular too. Among them, I like both beef and chicken very much. However, i think that i prefer beef...it has a strongest flavor and i love it, but i like chicken as well. Some recipes can be just yummy!!
Which of the two you prefer? chicken or beef?

Yep, lamb is very common in spanish cuisine too. Well, lamb on it's different varieties. It's meat is called differently depending on the gender and the age at which the animal is sacrified. I like lamb.

Hello there, Light. I much prefer the chicken. Because I'm the one who's in charge of cooking, chicken dishes takes less time to cook. And they are much cheaper than beef. One more thing is that I know more recipes that includes chicken.
Oh! and before I forget, my husband is just a die-hard fan of fried chickens!

You're lucky to have that kind of metabolism. You can eat as much as you want, and never have to worry about the CALORIES!

curious, because chicken is less rich than beef, so people usually can have chicken more often than beef. Anyway thanks for replying!

I love beef and chicken too but I tend to eat a lot of chicken than beef because, aside from it being cheaper, it is also healthier, i think. I also know more chicken recipes than beef. I have the tendency to reserve cooking beef during special occasions or during sundays when everyone in our family is around.

thanks for replying honey. I don't think something is healthier on itself. I don't think beef is less healthy than chicken, but it's stronger so it must be eaten less often...just a matter of proportions.

I would prefer chicken though I love beef too! It's basically because chicken taste sweeter and it makes me less full. Besides it's better for healthy and less fatening. So as a girl, I would choose chicken *smiles*.

I really love both chicken and beef. If I had to chose just one I guess I would take chicken. There are just so many ways to cook it. I made a roasted chicken for dinner last night. Today I made the left overs into a very yummy soup.

I prefer chicken...mostly chicken fingers and fish. I am not a huge meat eater to begin with and eat a diet that has equal amounts of vegetarian source proteins such as soy, rice, lentils, chick peas..some eggs and moderate amounts of cheese.
So...there you go...chicken gets my vote of the two you offered...but I still have preferences!

Hi LightninStrike! Well, I like them both but I prefer chicken over the beef if I have to choose. I guess, I just love to eat fried chicken. I am great fan of Col. Sanders.LOL! But I guess, it still boils down on how each one is cooked or prepared. Take care and have a nice day.

I prefer beef but chicken is very fine. Both go well in a lot of dishes and each one has its own strengths when you have certain cooking or taste preferences. Also with seasonings and certain recipes chicken can beat out some beef dishes.
