Not only apples but also other fruits can keep people fit. They have abundant Vitamin which improve the immunity system of your body. I east at least one kind of fruit a day both for the taste and for its advantage to my health.

yes the saying is true. i've always felt better after taking apples. but the thing is i dont like apples! however i like apple juices. here are some uses of apple
Apples are delicious, easy to carry for snacking, low in calories, a natural mouth freshener, and they are still very inexpensive.
Apples are a source of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber such as pectin actually helps to prevent cholesterol buildup in the lining of blood vessel walls, thus reducing the incident of atherosclerosis and heart disease. The insoluble fiber in apples provides bulk in the intestinal tract, holding water to cleanse and move food quickly through the digestive system.
It is a good idea to eat apples with their skin. Almost half of the vitamin C content is just underneath the skin. Eating the skin also increases insoluble fiber content. Most of an apple's fragrance cells are also concentrated in the skin and as they ripen, the skin cells develop more aroma and flavor.
There are hundreds of varieties of apples on the market today, although most people have only tasted one or two of the most popular such as Red Delicious or Granny Smith. Apples can be sweet, tart, soft and smooth or crisp and crunchy, depending on the one you choose. There is an apple to suit almost everyone's taste, so why not choose one. Have an apple today!

Anything too much is too bad for health. This is a old saying - an apple a day keeps doctor away. It is said that eating apple helps for better ciruclation of blood. It is sometimes acts a wholesome food too. But for a common man in India, apple is a luxury. Of course middle clas, upper middle class and upper class people can afford to have. Now, Indian economy is open for international trade, lots of foreign companies are exporting apples to India and as a result apples are available throughout the year. I feel it is a healthy fruit, provided we eat this fruit in limit.

I wish I could say eating an Apple a Day keeps a Doctor away, but personally, I am not sure anything we do can 100% guarantee Better Health. They might help, but it also depends on what else we do and eat in our lives that helps or hurts us as well. Also sometimes we come from families with Health issues that unfortunately are passed down as well so you never know. But it never hurts to eat an Apple if you can eat them, as they are good for you Vitamin wise as well.

Haha. I can't really say that. Sure, I do drink a glass of apple juice a day. But my sister is allergic to it. I mean literally. As much as she wants to eat one. She can't. Haha. So I can't really say that it can keep the doctor away.
