what a great day yesterday was!

yesterday was such a amazing day,i went for a day of pampering and a makeover.as you all know my hair was down to my waist and very curly.well now its above my shoulder and has blonde chunky high lites and red chunks of highlites in it.i was so nervous but it ended up being really nice.my husband had the 3 babies all day and i was just relaxing and be pampered.as i was sitting at the hair salon,a guy walked in with a beautiful flower arrangement,and all of us were wow those flowers are beautiful,well when the guy asked for patricia,i was so dumb founded.i said thats me,and he said well these are for you.i didnt know what to say because here i am getting my make over and thought everything was great and now i just receive these beautiful flowers,i read the card and they were from my husband,i just started to cry,of happiness ofcourse because i was so touched and just so suprised.so i just wanted to share these beautiful flowers.have you ever had something like that happen to you where you were so suprised and didnt know what to say?i added a few new pics to my profile if you want to check them out.have a great day to all.pattie

Last year at Christmas....my daughter from NE. was able to come home for the big family Christmas with my brother and sisters and all their families. I was just sitting there when my daughter and daughter in law walked up to me with a gift....a picture of all my kids and grandkids together.....one is from Arizona...one from NE and one from Minnesota. It's the first and only time I have had a picture of all of them. Two families are military...they had gotten together and did this for me.....I cried for ten minutes!

Hmm... I'm trying to think the last time something like that happened to me. Occasionally my husband brings me home somethings nice (usually candy, which I crave) but I don't think it really surprises me.
Actually my birthday was probably the last time I was surprised like that, because I was expected our money situation would mean I wasn't really getting anything, and I wound up with not only a cake, but also some Naruto figurines I had been wanting! =)

It sounds like you had a great day yesterday. The flowers are so pretty, and I love your new doo! Very nice! I was surprised once by my hubby the day he asked me to marry him, I was So surprised. I cried, and nodded because I could barely speak lol. Hope you have a great week!

Where are those darn tissues?...LOL..What a beautiful day you had..Your hair looks very stunning and of course you are very beautiful...It must feel really different...Love the highlights...The surprise flowers were the icing on the cake or should I say hair doo.....Very lovely....

Wow! You certainly did have a great day! And I love your hair. My hair is long also and Ive been tempted to get it cut off.LOL I think its good to do that everyonce inawhile. That was so sweet of your husband to send your flowers. Every once in ahwile my hubby will suprise me. Enjoy your new hair and flowers.LOL

You look great! I LOVE hearing about husbands who take care of their wives and show appreciation for them. I know sometimes either spouse can be taken for granted, but moms especially sometimes get overlooked. Thanks for encouraging us by telling us about your fantastic day. Hope today is just as good. : )

Looks like you had a fun time Pattie. I'm glad you got to spoil yourself a bit. I think I'll have to do the same someday. Or at least, try to get a day or two off to just breathe and relax.
