1. Blueberries--full of anti-oxidants, they increase coordination, concentration and long-term memory.
2. Curry--full of tumeric--it fights brain disease.
3. Salmon--full of the omega-3 fatty acid--good for brain cells.
4. Spinach--dark leafy veggies have anti-oxidant filled brain-promoting power.

Well I definatly need help in the concentration and memory area. I have plenty of blueberry muffins while I'm here at work, should I fill up on those every night?? (LOL)

Surely the blueberries would outweigh the sugar and the carbs in the muffins! LOL

But of course!! Just like chocolate covered strawberries... It's fruit!! Or Carmel apples, peach cobbler, cherry pie... all fruit!! So we should be able to have as much as we need a day, right??

I know my comment had nothing to do with the topic, but it's just my .25 cents.

I absolutely love blueberries and I go through a bag a week! I buy the bag of frozen blueberries and each mornig I add a handful to my oatmeal! YUM! I like spinich if it is raw in a salad, but cannot eat it once cooked! I despise both the smell and taste of it once cooked! Weird huh? Another healthy food is walnuts! One should eat about 14 walnut halves per day! Good for the heart and vessels!

Now I love nuts, so I could do that without any problem at all!

It is a good thing I was able to stock up on enough blueberries, and when they run out, I will get blueberry yogurt and I hope it does help. I do love curry, and maybe we will have salmon sandwiches for lunch instead of grilled cheese. I do make spinach salad. It is really nice to know what things are good for you, and sure wish we knew it years ago, especially the blueberry part.

I like blueberries, and eat them in yogurt lately. I take omega 3. I haven't had spinach in a while, but like it. The only think I really don't like is curry! I can't get past the taste on that one!
