It is dangerous for a ruler to trust others.anyone who trust others can be manipulated by others.Do you agree these tactics in handling your subordinates? Why?

I worked with several companies for twenty years. I had the chance of hiring my own staff. They were the best in their field. Since at first they were doing a good job, I got a bit lax with them. I trusted them. However, things were not always beds of roses for me and some of my people. Some of them eventually wanted my position so badly that they turned to dirty office politics. You could not imagine the black propaganda these people did to me.
Lessons learned? Hire the best people but never take your eyes off them. Never trust anybody. You must always cover your back. There will be people who want you down and out. They want your job. They want your house. They want your car. They want all that you have. They will do things that will get into your nerves. Never take your eyes off them. Measure their actions. Remember, once you snooze you lose.
