It is dangerous for a ruler to trust others.anyone who trust others can be manipulated by others.Do you agree these tactics in handling your subordinates? Why?

romreyes I worked with several companies for twenty years. I had the chance of hiring my own staff. They were the best in their field. Since at first they were doing a good job, I got a bit lax with them. I trusted them. However, things were not always beds of roses...
