I've only had a flu shot once and I've never been so sick in my life. I'll never have another one.

I have only gotten the flu shot once, last year. And ironically, it made me sick. So i am never getting it again until I turn old and gray

While I was in the military I got it every year. And I never got the flu. Since I've been out (for about three years now)I haven't gotten the shot, and each year I've gotten the flu. You can survuve without the shot. By why not have the shot if it works? I would if I could. I hate getting the flu.

I have never once in my life(30 years) had a flu shot. Plenty of other people have never had one either. We're all still alive. LOL
That said, I had the flu last month and it beat me down pretty hard... LOL... wasn't the first time though, and I doubt it'll be the last, but I have no plans to incorporate a flu shot in to my routine anytime soon.

I have never had a flu shot; at least not as an adult. My children do not receive them either. I think it's much more dangerous to enter the doctor's office when you aren't sick than it is to suffer through the flu! Vitamin C as a part of your daily routine makes a difference.
