Why does food which is bad for us taste so nice

Every food which i like to eat a lot of is bad for me. So why does it taste so good surely if its bad for me it should taste bad. Because to me that would be a good way of my body telling me. Maybe its because are bodies have not caught up with are modern life styles. When we were cave men sorry got to be political correct Cave People a high fat diet was good for the winter months.

well for me, there is no really good or bad food for us... It becomes bad if you take too much of it... Too much of everything is bad for us... Moderation is the ky....

I think people get addicted to junk food. I used to be but cut it out almost completely 2 years ago. Now, I feel terrible if I eat any junk. I don't keep any in my house....I make sure I always have lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, and other healthy treats.

Hey there coxy.I wonder the same thing but this year in 2008 im trying to avoid so many unhealthy foods especially fried foods.Anyways welcome to mylot and I hope your New Year is going well for you so far.

Its one of life's "unfair" moments. Maybe something to convince us we are still in the real world and still mortal if I was to go remotely philsophical. Its the same as work being rough while play and relaxing are fun (but one needs to work to support themselves, play will almost never do this). Its the same deal.
