I don't. I actually read the posts and give them + or - based on content. I hope that I've been doing it right.

I give them when i see a good post if it is in one of my topics i usually give them to mostly everybody for posting in my topic.

I give anyone a + who post on my discussions and sometimes I give in other discussions a + when it's a very good post.
