How long did it take to make your first dollar on mylot?

It took me two days to earn more than a dollar on myLot. This is the earning record from my first two days here: Sunday, November 12, 2006 $0.50 Monday, November 13, 2006 $1.01 I don't mean to criticize, but you've only responded 54 discussions so far in 9 months? In the 14 months since I'm a member I earned around $50, and with some periods of inactivity... I'd say myLot really worths the trouble.

OMG are you serious?! Wow!! My 6th day here I made over $3...mind you that was over a yr ago and the payment system has apparently changed since then but making a $1 in a day or two is definately doable..

hmmmm... i answered your other discussion with the same topc^_^ anyways... i really think how long we've been matters.. but how well we perform.. i earned the one dollar for one week, that was one year and four months ago.. after the one dollar sign, i got so excited and got typing non stop.. i continue uploading photos to every discussions and it did pay me well.. so far mylot paid me $70 plus already... i am still waiting for the coming $10 for the next payout.. but there are days and months i do nothing... so got no earnings too, not a cent^_^ you can earn a lot here, only if you work well and hard.. try to participate more mjasmin^_^ take care!

i have been a member since almost a year ago i have finally made 5.00 but i have never met payout not even once i think the biggest secret around here is how the people some of that i have heard of make at least 250 a month how is that possible i could use a heads up on that i put in alot of work but i dont make squat i think the friends i have made are worth more than any amount of money seeing its the only reason i am still here

Wow Hard to believe you haven't earned that first dollar yet. At 55 responses and I don't know how many discussions you started, you should have reached your dollar mark by now. Are your responses and discussions too short? The guidelines say to post at least 4 or 5 sentences or they may not count and you don't get any earnings for them. I have been a member for 3 months and I have recieved a payment after my second month of just over $15.00, This is my third month here and I will reach my $10 payout again. I know they pay because i have received money from them so I am now more active and will continue to be so that I get paid every month from now on. Yesterday I posted 12 discussions and 94 responses and I made $1.88. So I know the money is there to earn and I make the effort to earn my share of it.

well i think i've been here maybe a week or 6 days, i have earned 1.38. it just got updated just now. so i definitely feel that my effort was worth it. i don't post much too. i think it might amount to around 20 a day but later on i can't tell as i'll be quite busy in a mth's time. but with those posts, i notice that i seem to earn around 20 to 30 cents more or less. today it was 40cents. hope it works out for you. best of luck.

My Earnings records start in October 2006, though I believe that I joined in April. These are my records for the last few days of October (the earliest shown): Thursday, October 26, 2006 $0.11 Friday, October 27, 2006 $0.43 Saturday, October 28, 2006 $0.62 Sunday, October 29, 2006 $0.53 Monday, October 30, 2006 $1.20 Tuesday, October 31, 2006 $1.39 At the time there were many fewer members and the payments were rather higher (I seem to recall $0.05 to $0.07 per post on average), so it was easier to make $1 a day. About $1 of the figures above was due to referrals. My referrals have since gone inactive!

intially it was very difficult it almost took me three months to earn a dollor and an year for my first payout!!! its very difficult to earn here at mylot.u need to spend a lot of time.

When I first joined mylot I was making nearly .20 a day. So I had my first dollar in like a week. I was new, raising my post count and all that. Now it takes me forever to hit a dollar. You need to be active, if you've been here 9 months and only have 55 posts, you need to start posting. Goodluck. :)

i think i like mylot very much. it took me about 15 days to reach. its not amount of time but the amount of poast you do here. I can see you have 55 to your name. I think mylot is worth of all. So try to be active more. Start, response discussions well and you will earn soon.

55 posts after nine months.... that is 1 post every five days. I do 55 posts a day (or try to) and am upset when I don't make at least $1/day just from myself.

I haven't made 1.00 yet but I am not here for the money. If I was I wouldn't be here. I dont earn enough, fast enough. I have been here for about a month and some days I'm more active then others. I'm only at .52 cents but I have made some nice friends, got some good advice and had alot of fun :)

i joined a day before i earned 4 cents for my first day. sounds good but i got lot of valuable information from this site

Hi again mjasmin. Did you realize that some of your posts are appearing twice? Just thought I'd let you know. Yes as far as the money goes, I can see your point. Basically I have made my mind up to relax and enjoy posting here, and as I have done that, I feel the words are flowing just so much easier now than they were at first. No, we will never be rich from posting here, but it is a great place to talk about whatever you want to, and make a little money on the side. A secind, or third income, not an only income, I am able to do this and devote as much time or as little time as I have a wonderful hibby who makes a 'comfortable' living for us, and he and I both are just much happier when I am at home rather than working out of the house. It works for us, but I can see how it does not work for all and it is great for women, men and all couples to have a choice of how you want to live and work.

Hi Mjasmin. You're right about it taking alot of time to make a dollar. So, if you're looking at it as primary or even a secondary source for a income stream, you might want to re-think it. Unless of course, you're prepared to invest 6-10 hours daily. I've been with myLot for just over 19 months and so far (have 23 referrals - none active), I'm up to $5.27. I only get about 2-4 hours daily online daily and have other interests to take care of so I don't have the time to invest to earn that $5 even in one month. My best advice is to come here as often as you can and post as often as you like to discussions you find interesting and can comment on, but don't consider the money as a factor. One day, you'll hit the payout point and then you can enjoy a fast food combo...or get a couple gallons of gas courtesy of myLot. Cheers, Ed

It doesn't look like you post very much so thats why! :) It didnt take me long to make a dollar maybe a few days? I've earned .50 cents in a day though before.

I got my first $1.00 here in my lot, after two weeks. Even though I am not earning much, I still like to posts here because there are many posts which are relevant and very interactive. Learnings could be made possible too just be reading posts. But I observed that days passed my performance here in mylot becomes better, and so with my earnings. I figure out at 1 month I would get $2.00 dollars base from my previous earnings, but now I got $2.43. I think we just need to put an effort here, post relevant replies and add pictures to discussion. I have read in one of the replies here, that in one day, they earn $0.40 dollars that is really amazing, how you do that? Me, the highest earnings I got since I am here is $0.21
