I love to eat Chinese food, we have a resturant near us that has all you want to eat for $8.99 at night, they have so many things to pick from and these huge crab legs. I like sweet and sour pork or chicken, and egg drop soup, and shrimp fried rice. When someone ask me if I'd like to go out to eat I always suggest that place, you can have all you want and it is so good. I can't use chopsticks, heck I do bad enough with a fork.

I do enjoy Chinese food. I love Hunan veggie stir fry, with or without tofu. I'm not very good with chopsticks but I haven't practiced enough. I actually have several pairs of nice chopsticks that I bought when I had a Chinese New Year party a couple of years ago but I always forget I have them.

The Chinese New Year was very close to my birthday so it was a combination New Year/Birthday party. I purchased chopsticks (to use and for party favors), Chinese soup spoons and trays and made some decorations with Chinese symbols. I made stir fry, lo mein, Asian veggie soup, and cabbage salad. I also had fruit and fortune cookies. I told people to wear red and bring their favorite Chinese dish. It was a lot of fun.

Once our English teacher told us,dimsum came from Chinese, precisely, from the dialect in Guangdong. It is said the pronounciation is almost the same.(Nothing to do with the topic,uh~)But you grow up with CHOPSTICKS?

Of course you can eat Chinese food with a fork and a spoon. But challenge yourself, you'll have fun when time is enough.Chicken fried noodles...I guess it's not so traditional.Maybe it has been changed to fit the western people's taste.

i'm chinese hence familiar with chopsticks. compared to dishes in other countries, chinese course seems more patience and technic. take my favorite course for example, that's the soup cook with yellow-fin tuna and pickles. it takes a long time to finish, but really deserved. you can see two photos of the course on my profile.
