The human body is roughly composed of 25 percent solid matter and the 75 percent, water...over two-thirds of our body is water...so we really need to drink lots of water everyday...i always make sure that i would drink 8 glasses of water per day...it's highly recommended by some experts...
There are so many benefits when you drink lots of water...it will improve your energy, it removes toxins and waste products from your body, it allows proper digestion, it will keep your skin healthy and glowing, and other lots of stuffs which makes us realize that water is really important in our body...
I've encountered some people who loves water therapy, they say that they're feeling so good, doing the water therapy...aside from that, i've heard from the news that lots of problems, allergies, headaches, diseases, etc., were treated because of adequate water intake...
How about you, how much water do you drink per day? Do you drink lots of water?

When I open this discussion I feel thirsty and come to have a cup of water...
I don't drink a lot of water every day but I know drinking lots of water is good to health. I just can't remember to drink water when I am working every day and I also don't like to go to toilet frequently.

I drink between 8 and 12 cups of water a day. Granted, I've only been doing that for the past 2 months. Before that, I rarely drank water, as I don't really like it. But ever since I decided it was time to get in shape, I've been drinking a ton of water.

Hello, angel! the human body is 50%-75% water, depending on a person's age.we must drink adequate water daily to maintain the system as we waste some water daily from our body by way of urine, sweat, and meeting the needs of the body cells.so if we fail to supplement the loss we will sure to suffer from various diseases because water helpsregulate and maintain body temperature.water transports nutrients and oxigen and remuves waste products and toxins.it moistens and lubricates our mouth, eys, nose, joints, skin, and the digestive tract.so in the process we lose much water every day and we must drink enough water to keep the system in order.if your body does not get enough water you would risk dehydration.but unfortunately i cant drink more than a liter of water.thank you.

Yes, you can also calculate by body weight- 0.5oz of water per pound, so if you weigh 150 lbs you would drink 75oz of water each day. I drink about that, but when I am following my usual eating plan of fresh fruits and veggies I find I can drink less because of the water content of the food I am eating. I made dietary changes at the same I made the commitment to drink more water, but I definitely felt better and had more energy.
