I have to say that I didn't have any chocolates or special treats this time.
I don't usually eat much chocolate. I like it, but it's not something I crave often.
But I usually have some during this time.
However since grandma was admitted to the hospital on friday we really didn't have much time to celebrate or have any special treats or to actually celebrate in any way.

Hiya kiran1978, I too did not indulge in too much choccy! I am not a huge choccy lover anymore, I went off it when I had my fourth baby! I used to eat tons of the stuff too. Good luck with the weight loss, but I am not sure what 3 kilograms is, I still work in stones and pounds!

I guess there's a time difference for me and wherever you are, but it's still Easter here.
I didn't overindulge. I rarely do. In sweets, at least. My boyfriend and I ended up falling asleep after waking up at a decent hour, and slept in until some ridiculous time, a bit before noon I think. [We originally woke up at a single digit hour. :P] We then went to an Indian buffet, and everything was amazing.
I'm rather proud to say, however, that I didn't over do it today in anything but the sleep department, but it was needed for the two hour back home later this afternoon.
I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday, even without loads of chocolates. :P

I don't eat chocolate that often, but I at tons and tons of chocolate all day long yesterday. I hope I don't have a chocolate hangover. I had recently lost too much weight, but now I don't have that problem anymore and need to lose the weight again.
I had lost of See's chocolate like a dark chocolate bunny, peanut-butter egg, and little chocolate eggs. I think I ate about 7 ounces of chocolate just about all I can tolerate in one day. I'm sure to suffer with headaches today, though. ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

No we didn't over eat yesterday, but we plan to overeat tomorrow. We have decided to wait with the chocolates until after Easter, so we can get twice as much for half the price. We love the after-holiday sales.

I actually didn't have any chocolate eggs. We basically had our Easter on Saturday when some of my family came out. I got pretty stuffed on Ham, potatoes and corn. I was pretty miserable for awhile. I did eat some jelly beans, M&Ms, peanuts, cake, Reese's peanut butter cups, pie and coconut desert later on though.

No candy here...we don't usually do Easter baskets and our Easter egg hunt consists of a few plastic eggs filled with money (just change for the younger ones), hot wheels (maybe a necklace or something for the older one) and one or two pieces of candy.
However, unrelated to Easter, my daughter made a cake last night and I had two pieces of that...and another one today...lol.
Good for you on the weight loss. I have recently lost a hair over 20 pounds with a hair under 10 to go. Keep it up, you can get that last little bit off!! :)

lol! Yeah, I wouldn't mind finding those eggs either. The kids love it, too, and it isn't excessive- maybe 5 eggs each for the younger two and only a couple for the older one (she is 14 and is getting too old, but the younger ones don't understand why she isn't interested in some of that stuff...lol). This way, we save having to explain to the younger ones, she gets a few bucks in her pocket, and everyone's happy!
Thanks for the best response mark! :)

I didn't have a single chocolate egg or chocolate of any kind actually. Thats only because I didn't have any. The kids had their chocolate but they finished it before I could even smell it coming out of the package,
. Sweets are few and far between here so they dove in!

I was actually pretty good considering I gave up sweets for Lent. I thought I'd gorge on sweets for Easter. I had 2 little dark chocolate eggs, 2 cookies, and 2 (homemade)peanut butter cups. Dark chocolate is the only candy I really eat anymore and I only treat myself to it maybe once a week.

My wife teases me every year about how much chocolate I eat, or in my case, don't eat. We get a medium sized chocolate rabbit each easter, and mine usually lasts a week or more in the fridge. I break pieces of when I get a chocolate urge, and that piece is enough to satisfy me. My 5yr old son has been really good with his as well(he got more than one rabbit though, Easter Bunny was kind to him, LOL), and doesn't ask for it much through the day. He just appreciates it more when he does have it.

I worked all day Easter. I worked for 10am to 10pm. So there was no time for chocolate eggs. I did have chocolate peanut butter egg today though.

I've not had any chocolate at all today. Actually, I've not had anything sweet today. I am not much of a sweet eater, have to be in the mood for it!
