Hello youless!:-)
I like it the natural way the most, with full fats and as fresh as possible. In fact, in my homeland, we have this service where milk is directly delivered to our home right after it is drawn.
I like full fat milk also because it makes finest tea which tastes much better than if it is made from half fat or no fat milk.
I also believe that edible natural things are best unaltered and they don't harm as such. Of course, one should avoid on doctors advice but otherwise direct natural things are healthier than industrial products!

I find full fat milk far too creamy and sickly for my taste, I much prefer to drink semi-skimmed, although I don't drink that much milk just on my cereal each morning, I don't even have milk in my coffee, you can sure taste the difference, fully skimmed is far too watery so I go for the happy medium. It's what you get used to.

I don't drink milk but I do use it to bake on a occasion. I prefer to use whole milk.

I prefer Semi-skimmed milk.
The difference between full-fat and semi-skimmed milk is only fat content. They both contain a good source of calcium and vitamin b12 along with many other vitamins and minerals.
Semi-skimmed milk is a watered down version of full fat, it is just diluted whole milk so you could make it at home with water. Since the fat is diluted making it lower in fat, the vitamins and such are also diluted making the milk have fewer of these nutritional sources-thats why some might say that full fat is better than skimmed or semi skimmed.
As with anything, milk can be enjoyed as part of a healthy, balanced diet.
Milk contains a sufficient amount of saturated fat, and a diet high in this sort can lead to problems involving the heart and arteries. I advise that you balance the saturates in milk with mono and polyunsaturates, the more healthy kind of fat.

you are right. It is more delicious. If you want a recipe with it here you got it.
Do you love made-from-scratch macaroni and cheese but would like for it to be a bit healthier? This recipe uses whole wheat pasta, fat milk and low-fat Cheddar cheese to make a delicious, cheesey dish that will satisfy your hunger just like the full fat version. You'll feel no guilt since this has fewer calories!8 ounces whole wheat elbow macaroni or ziti noodles
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups fat milk
5 ounces shredded (do your own from block cheese) low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tablespoons whole wheat bread crumbs (just make your own)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
9x9 baking dish
no-stick spray
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Spray your 9"x9" baking dish with the no-stick spray and set aside.
Cook the whole wheat pasta as directed on the package. Drain the water, return to the pot and set aside.
Put the flour in another saucepan. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of the low-fat milk until it's smooth. Whisk in the other 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk. Cook the mixture over low heat, whisking often. Do this for about 8-10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Remove the mixture from the heat. Add the low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese, sea salt, ground black pepper, nutmeg, red pepper (if desired), and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan. Stir the mixture until the Cheddar is melted and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
Pour the cheesey mixture over the cooked macaroni. Stir to mix and then transfer all to the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix your whole wheat bread crumbs, paprika and the other 2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the macaroni and sauce.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and bubbling.
Serve this delicious dish with a fresh salad and you have a meal!

I also enjoy full fat milk, not because of its good taste but the fact that I am too thin. But there is another thing that frustrates me. When I drink milk, there will be some problems with my stomach. Who can tell me the reason? It's really a pity that I can't enjoy such nutritional drink.

I like them all, regardless of the type. As long as it is milk, it doesn't really matter whether it is full cream or calcium or low fat.
But when you are trying to cook, or bake, full cream milk give a better flavor compared to the rest.

The milk we use to make coffee are high content in fat, according to usage here in my country.. The fat content in it, is nearly 9%..
And like you said, these high fat milk is really tastier one, than the toned milk
( fat content reduced)

Yes I do like full fat milk better I do believe that it is actually probably the best to me. It does have a better flavor than the skim milk or soy milk. But I do like strawberry flavored and chocolate milk. I used to always make homemade flavored milk.

Do you mean like whole milk/vitamin D milk? That's the only milk we drink. I used to hate milk because my mom always bought 1% or 2%... then I met my husband and his family always bought whole milk and thats what we get now. I

I prefer the full fat milk for the flavor. But with the health thing going on...I buy the 2% milk. It isn'at as bad as the 1% or the skim.
Why cannot anything that is good for you have full flavor also?

Whenever I drink low fat milk, I never feel satisfied. It's like the creamy taste is not there in the milk. So I ony drink full fat milk.
