How to gain weight?

I am too thin.too thin.i want to gain my weight.But i don't know how.I tried many ways.I ate 3times more than others.but why i am so thin?T_T.Do anybody here konw what kind of food can make people fat?

The food that can make you fat which are pizza, fast food, cheese, coca-cola, cake, chocolate, ice cream, and cookies.

Try some food supplement too. Then eat a lot of vegetables. I know multivitamins with iron could also help. Though sometimes its really hard to gain weight especially when being thin is the type of the body our family also has. But soon you'll gain more weight. Don't worry!

You could try protien shakes? Lots of guys drink these to bulk up.

Unless you look anerexic i do not think it is worth trying to put on weight. I have tried and have a hard time putting on weight. They say though that if you want to you must eat a high calorie diet. This does not mean gourging on junk food though. This means eat higher doses of the stuff that has a lot of calories and less of the stuff that doesnt. This will higher the overall calories in your diet and help you gain weight. If you want to gain some serious weight though than you have to cut out most of your workouts, this means that if you are a GYM freak than you are in some trouble.

just eat as much as you can...............but some times these weight factors are determined by genes..........some may be very thin even though they eat twice the amount of those who are obese!..........I think you are lucky ! you can eat whatever you want ! no restrictions.just turn around and ask the obese person about theor problems to know how much you are lucky{more lucky than your name!}..........and i am one of those lucky ones! Are you kidding me?I really envy.I aways want to be thinner.I tell you,you can eat lots of icecream,burgers,fries,any food contains high calories.

Hello ..my daughters a bit like you...no mattter what she eats she cant seem to gain any weight..the ony thing is that she rushes around all of the time...she hasnt been as well as she should be for a little while..and that affects her appetite as well...she tried the drinks that you can buy...they are to build up your body..but they didnt really work either...so she just has to try hard to maintain a steady eating pattern...i know that its hard for her to to it though....she does love sweet things...but even if she eats a lot of things high in calories it still makes no difference..i think she would like to gain around half a stone in weight,...she says she would feel better if she could do that...so good luck to you both xx

I think become fatter is easier than become thinner. First, you should eat more food. I guess you eat much small everyday, if you want to become fatter, the first step is eat more food, that's very important. And then, do less sports as possible as you can. Do exercises will burn your fat, so, do less sports. To the food, I think the best food is pork. Pork contains more fat than any other food, you can eat pork at breakfast, lunch, and supper. Except that, the sugar, fried food is also can help you to gain weight. But please remember, don't become too fat, that's bad to your health, when you become narmal, keep fit is the most important.
