wy2008 yeah , we always get stress from work or from study , we always feel upset . when these come to me , i usually listen to some light music , watch some comedy , and going out to some quiet place for a walk , i think those are good ways to relax.

commercial break? Ahahahha. I do that way too much. I'll be like, sitting there, the commercials come on and I'll start thinking, "What am I watching again?" It'll take me at least five minutes before I actually remember....
