yep it is a dull gray day here in Montreal, it is raining here and it snowed earlier. The weather is depressing and I am already feeling down. I am listless and bored and tired, and I just don't feel like doing much of anything, even being here and that is rare for me I love my computer and I am on it all the time. But sometimes I just get these way,
how about you, do you get listless and tired,
does the weather sometimes bring you down,
do you get that you just don't know what you want or you don't feel like doing anything, even the things you love the most like being on the computer?

Your weather must be heading my way in Southern Indiana, we are supposed to be getting this kind of stuff tomorrow. Yes, I do believe the weather can have that affect on people. It sometimes affects me that way. There's times that I just want to lay around and do nothing. But that don't happen too often especially with as much as I work.

Bad weather does make me feel terrible. I feel just as terrible when its to hot like today. My fish look terrible and I'm worried about one of the Catfish, as he isn't moving. He is my daughter's fish and I'm hoping he will be fine.

I think hot weather makes me worse than the damp. I get very cross in the heat, and that is not nice. I hope the fish feels better soon.

They still look terrible, but turns out the high was 95 degrees, which broke a record. I have informed my daughter that there isn't anything more I can do to save them. They are still alive today and we are to see the 90's again. Thanks both of you for asking and I'm hoping to keep her fish kids alive through another bad day.
My fish look fine; however, don't have a tank of fancy fish. Mine have spent time out in the pond, but have them in the house because the temperature has been all over the place.

Ok girlfriend maybe this will make you feel better. I had to go to the city last Tuesday we thought I was having another heart attack, I was checked and sent home so I assume it was just angina. Well this past Tuesday I had just got out of my van, I fell and not only dislocated my elbow but there's a chance I've broke it as well and may need surgery. I had to take the ambulance to the city and I have already been told it may be 2,000.00. I need to go back on Monday to see the surgeon, thank God I'm in a cast therefore my husband can drive me this time. So yes my friend I know about being depressed.

Ahhhh It was snowinf and raining here yesterday too and I am getting really sick of it. I don't want anymore snow and the rain is chilly. We did get a few nice warm spring days but mostly it has still felt like winter has her grip on us. Let us go please!!!!

three days later and I am still full of aches and pains, and the weather has only just started to warm up to 50 degrees.

I am like you, the weather has been bringing me down. I am fortunate, I have places I HAVE to go, no choice about it, and it gets me out, or at least between other walls. It is ironic that this weather that makes me dull and listless turns children into whirring motors, bouncing off the walls, doing jigs in the halls, spinning like tops. It wrecks their attention, and I become tired from just being in the room with them.

I'm sorry. I know how it is to get your hopes up for the weather to change for the better, only for it to go back to the nasty weather. We have had alot of rain here lately too. It got up in the 70's for a couple of days and we thought spring was here to stay in Indiana. It is rainy and cold here today, in the 50's. I am very tired also. I am trying to work a little though to help us out. I was away from Mylot for a few days and my mind is still tired. The weather and constant work gets me tired quickly. I love being on the computer too but I never took time for myself. Every day was always a rush and it wore me out. I have to earn to help us in my family but I get so tires sometimes. I know how you feel. Take some time like me and relax and rest your mind.

Well I sure can relate to you Winterose, I have been struggling with depression for several weeks now. I also believe alot of it has to do with the weather here also. I hate when I feel like this, I just want to be by myself, not be bothered. I also am having trouble doing the things I enjoy, plus I have no pateince as well when I get down. Boy nothing like a good solid week of sun, that might shake us out of this funk. Hang in there Winterose, I know I am trying to as well.

don't u have friends to invite to your house or any relatives?
maybe try to do other things for the mean time... like clean your house, play some instruments, sew, bake a cake or cooked pasta....
hope you cope up soon to the weather...

I understand! Yes, the weather does cause me to feel down. Here in Cincinnati it's colder than it's been in days - in the 40s. Tomorrow might be even colder and we could have snow flurries. Talk about depressing. Tomorrow is also my birthday...and I don't think I've ever seen snow on my birthday.
