do you hate bills.....does it hurt you to pay bills

Yes, you are on the dot and absolutely right, nothing could be more irritating than paying bills, as and when the come. Here in Delhi water bill is not very pinchings, as the electricity bill is. Electricity is quite expensive here in Delhi. In summers when AC runs, the bill of electricity runs into 3000-4000 Rupees, where as the water bill for two months comes out to Rs.100/- only. Then House tax bill, which comes in a year. Regular monthly telephone bills (including landline and mobile) which also make a hole in our pocket. But what to do, for availing certain services, we will have to shell out our hard earned money. We cannot be without water or electricty or for that matter telepone....LOL! Have a great day!

Its really frustrating yes....we have our wages and then as soon as we hae them they are given out to the different people who want them!!! Its a problem that i think most of us have...but i suppose as long as we have money to pay the bills and pay for our shopping thats the main thing in life.

My partner is on a very low wage and I am unemployed so our bills are a constant source of depression for us. We have to scrimp and save hard these days, just to get by, and I know that while I try my best, it is very hard going. I do get very depressed about the bills, especially as it seems that everything is going up in price these days, so it's sometimes really painful paying the bills.

I hate it but that is the way it goes. I am hoping that it changes someday though. I hate all of my bills. they are outragious. My utility bills eat us alove. They are higher than my house payment. My water and sewer bill together is awful. It runs about $120.00 per month when alot of other people pay like $40.00 per month in my area.

Sometimes, when i don't have enough money i gets irritated when i see bill of statement. I hate bills when i don't have that much money. I am still working on this new plan of how to save money and be ready for the coming of bills. I have to have a passive income to not be irritated.

I only have to pay a phone bill at the moment, so it is not too bad. I don't know anyone that likes paying bills though, but without the things that they pay for, they would complain more. The bill that bothers me the most is the TV one, where you pay for channels that do not have adverts in the middle of the program, while getting the channels that do have adverts for free. I hate adverts, but I would rather have sit through adverts than paying for 3 minutes advert free time.

well, that is life i suppose... nothing is free in this world... we have to pay for everything that we use... for me, my mortgage will be the highest burden that i have to pay every month... especially with the increase of interest rates... makes it really hard for me and hubby to catch up... then comes the fuel (second highest) and then food (similar amount)... and after we pay all of our bills, we barely have any money left to save...

Well, I do feel bad that most of the money goes to pay bills. But that's the first thing I do...pay the bills. I will not be able to enjoy the rest of the money till I pay the bill. hmmm....the worst bill for me will be the maintenance we pay every month for the apartment....it's one of the highest in this area and is around Rs 3,200 for our 3 bedroom apartment! Even though the electricity bills have increased a bit (and hubby does complain)...it has been compensated by the telephone bills coming down for us.

Hi Apsara u r very right the amount of bills and taxes is increasing day by day Value of Money is decreasing day by day And Worse part Raise in salary is not according to Increase in inflation So result is buying power of Consumer is decreasing day by day ( exceptions are there too) and after paying all taxes and bills, u wonder how u fulfil other expenses??? And with Global warming, acid rain and issue like this the main problem which whole world will be facing So hope for best really Sad and heart touching post for all employeesss Take care

I have gotten used to paying the bills including high rent, since I moved to California! There is enough to keep a roof over my head and utilities paid, so I cannot complain much! It comes down to choices that we make, as we know how much we have to spend in a month! Each month we can try to be more careful in our spending, even on necessities! Our water bill arrives every other month, and it is not too bad! If you want to find out if your shower takes more water than your bath, plug up the tub while you are showering, and if it fills up, then you should take a bath to save water!

I hate paying bills! By the time the bills are paid there is no money left to have fun with. There are just to many bills to have to pay heat, lights, cable, phone, internet, credit cards, car payments, personal loan I just wish they would all go away and let me keep my money!

Yeah, I hate paying bills too, but whenever I get them all paid, It sure does feel good, but by that time its usually time to start all over again on next months bills. The bill I hate the most is the electric bill, it gets high in the summer because we have to use the A/C, then in the winter we use the fireplace and it has an electric blower on it. I also hate the satellite bill, it keeps getting higher and higher, and there are alot of channels I could do without. I wished they would let you choose what channels you want and don't want, it would be worth the money then...

It does hurt to pay bills. It does for everyone. All your hardearned money goes just like that in minutes and there is nothing you can do about it. I hate the current bill the most. It is the only significant bill that we pay. I get water in here for free.

After paying bills for 13 years mostly by myself and raising 4 children and a bf who at the time just paid my loan pmt that i got for him and then he moved out, i live with a guy who takes and pays all the bills now with the help from my two boys that live with us and work. He constantly complains about the heating bill and the water bill. Yes the water bill is a little higher now i dont work but it shouldnt be but it is. I dont take a shwer any more than i did when i was working. once a day. I dont put any money into the bills cause i didnt make enough first off when he met me. I am doing schooling for Medical transcription so i can get a better job. Then i will have to start helping pay some of these bills. I also get tired of hearing about how much this is or that. well guess what, he wanted to live together. lol. oh well. I has to get better i am sure.

Bills have to be paid.Even if they hurt us.It is pinching but we have to .There is no alternative.

Bills bills, every month first week i have to clear all my bills. If not in which case i will have to loose internet as well as phone connections. My Major chunk of the bills are phone and internet. These two bills account to 15% of my salary and thats some thing which i have to keep in control. We also pay Electricity, Cable TV, Water, House rent, Garbage man, Milk, Grocerries and Maid. All the will acount to 30% of my salary and i will be left with just 55% poor me . But yeah thats how life is cannot save much out of what i earn .

Hi Dear Yes I really don't like to pay bill .. infact I think .. ki yahaan par koi bhi aisa nahi hoga jo kahega ki ussey bill pay karna pasand hai ... lol. Just imagine koi aisa din ho jab -- hamare bills automatically pay ho jaayeing aur humein 1 Rs. bhi dene na pade .. It will be really like ...........wowwwwwww... I know ki aisa nahi hoga but kehne mein kya harz hai ??

I think taking bath saves more water! not a long bath though :) It seems that you and your children enjoy taking long bath very much, so why not?? perhaps cutting cost on other things?? I'm ok with all my bills except the electricity bill for the summer period. We always have a hot summer here in Hong Kong, my family and I just can't stand the heat so we must have our air conditioning on the whole day. The monthly bill is a disaster, we always end up paying almost twice as much we do for other season, so sad...

i'm very upset with myself for running up some credit cards.i'm trying to pay a little more than the minimum. i have to agree, water bills are not fun.

I dont mind paying bills because you're using a service or product or money from somebody, and then paying them for the service. If you dont want to pay bills, dont use things. Sure I hate writing checks and giving away my money, but Im the one that spent it in the first place... What really makes me mad is taxes that we HAVE to pay that go to things we dont want or use.
