What Kind Of Tea?

I was just wondering what kind of tea you guys drink?
I always have tea with milk + sugar, very English, hehe
But in many countries, they have black tea, which I can't understand...
In Germany, which I visited recently, they had a lovely fennel tea, but they were also very fond of a horrible fruit tea... =[[
I couldn't stand it, but didn't want to be rude to the hotel owners!
So what do you have in your tea?
Is it black? Milky? Fruit? Mint?
Or do you not drink tea at all?

You should try Assam Tea. Nice way to relax your evening with a hot cup of Assam tea. This is not a Black Tea, Assam is a state in India and well known for its spices.

I'm absolutely crazy about tea. I drink almost all types of tea. I've drunk Earl Grey, Vanilla Black Tea, Rooibos tea, Japanese green tea, Jasmine green tea, herbal teas such as mint, rose and fruit teas such as those with dried mango pieces. Usually I drink tea without any milk or sugar because I believe that it's the best way to enjoy tea. In this way, I'll get to try the real taste of the tea.
However, there are teas which go great with milk and sugar. One of my favourites is the Chai Latte. It gives this lovely fragrant spices with sweet milky taste and is really heavenly. I love it too.

i drink green tea..and also oolong tea but i never put in cream and sugar in tea..but if the tea is bitter i add some honey..
but i like coffee in the morning with just cream/milk/half and half (anything that is white?lol) but I have been to Germany and the host only served coffee and you added what you wanted. Also in Berlin I stayed in a hotel and the drinks were coffee too...but I love the German syle Frustuck breakfast...it is a lot of food in the morning but then the German host would not eat much after this the rest of the day and have a late super...about eight p.m.?
I was always too hungry to wait until eating so late in the day and I told the Germans I had to eat by five thirty or six at the latest...as I was to hungry to wait that long...and it was too close to bedtime for me as we are early risers.
But thanks for the nice post

I vary from black tea to green tea. Sugar, cinammon or honey is what I'll put in at times.

Yes, I have heard of the very famous Indian masala tea. It is served with milk and sugar. It tastes great too especially when there are lots of spices in it. I love the fragrance of the combination of spices. These pounded spices tend to settle at the bottom of the glass and when I drink the last sip of the tea, the spices are downed at the same time. It tastes great!

i love tea with milk, that's the first i'm going to get given a choice
and the hot cup first
before i got anything iced
then followed by plain house tea, or mint tea
i really love exploring sometimes i add citrus flavor and sugar
or those dry leaves given to me
sometimes you got a really bitter cup
but it's worth it hehehehe
starbucks offered this green tea which really surprised me and made me love tea more
it really tasted like ground grass
bittersweet, gritty in the tongue
yet i find myself wanting a cup again and again
hehehe

I like green tea best, but I hardly ever drink it. I rarely drink coffee or tea.

I like milk in my tea and really like the frozen tea drinks in TEAVANA, in the mall, but they no longer do the frozen drinks but just regular teas (I think they were too time consuming).
I like Rooibos tea but definately with milk because I agree it can taste too bitter. I really love spicy teas with a little cream, the spicer the better--especially ginger and cinnamon bring the flavor out.
Bushman's red tea is great and a little spicy and this was one I used to drink every day but stopped probably because I got hooked on dunkin donuts coffee, I always get a medium coffee when me and my boyfriend are out and about.
My last favorite is MINT teas and whenever I go to get some good middle eastern food I'll have me a nice mint tea, its soo refreshing and thats why i love this one. The tea that I cannot stand is Earl Grey Tea!

The only kind of tea that I drink milk in is a hot vanilla chai.
I have many different varieties of loose leaf tea. I usually blend together whatever I am in the mood for at the time.
I have peppermint tea, chai, different fruity ones, mocha, chammomile...
We use a rock sugar in our tea but no milk.
I don't like unflavored or unsweetened teas.
I also don't like cold tea.

I have milk and sugar with my cup of tea and it's got to be strong, I don't like it too milky. I don't drink lots of tea, I'm more of a coffee drinker. Lately I've started to drink peppermint tea as I'm trying to cut down on my sugar and milk intake, and just before I go to bed I have a cup of camomile tea as it helps me sleep.

Now I need that extra kick from tea I have it a bit stronger =]

I am from China, and as you know, tea are really popular here. Tea from Yunnan Province are great. They are simple, because they are just tea. They are quite different from what Europeans drink. We don't often drink those fruit tea. But those milky tea are popular among teenagers and young people.

In England, generally tea appears as "old fashioned" to young people, and they tend to opt for high-caffeine drinks, hehe
However, I LOVE tea =]
Nice to hear from you, happy mylotting!
