Yes, I would like to lose some weight. Ever since I turned 40 years old my I found that I couldn't eat in great quantity as I used to. It is quite noticeable that my metabolic rate has decreased as I became older so now I have to watch what I eat and how much. I have also tried many diets and they've all failed. The only "diet" that has worked for me is a healthy eating diet where you eat more frequently but less food so you never feel hungry. I also go to the gym to help increase my metabolism as well as keeping fit. My main problem areas for weight gain is my stomach and my bottom!

I think it is necessary to eat healthy diet.and many of people also say that it is better to eat more diets with less food.and that could lose weight.Go to gym to do exercise could help us to keep good bodily form.I think do exercise is a good way and more health to lose weight.

As long as you watch what you eat. So have well balance diet and exercise more. The result is that you will lose weight. As long as you check with your doctor. The main important stuff to remember are maintaining your metabolism and keeping fit.

Well i had the experience of losing weight and sucessfully gaining and losing weight , i do care about my weight and i would want my waist to slim down yea .

I want to lose weight more than ever and have been trying. In fact at one time I lost a tonne of weight and looked good. But the problem is, I am an emotional eater and when life gets stressful, I turn to food. For a while I have been better with that, but lately I have been over eating because of stress and I know some of that weight I lost, is back :( It's a never ending struggle. I want to lose weight but I am not disciplined enough sometimes.

Thank you for your response.I am have the same problem with you.I am also a emotional eater.When i feel sad or have something troubled.i want to eating and it will let me feel better.So i lose a little and fat then.It is more easy to be fat,if you don't eat regularly.

i'm not that worried about loosing weight, since my weight is not that bad. actually, the doctors have said that my weight where i'm at now, which is 195 pounds is a perfect weight for my body and height.
so, i ain't worried about it that much.

You are ao beatific taht you don't have to worried of weight.Are you one of the person who will not be fat nomater how many they eat?I am a person who easy to be fat,to be unlucky,i love eating so much.and my stomach is easy to be hungry.I am afflictive of that.I think eating is a happy thing in my life,but i really don't want to be so fat.

I would love to lose weight. This will help me to feel and look great. As long as I do not lose too much, otherwise, my body will not fight disease at all. It is really hard to lose weight. I would like to be slim and active. So if you are overweight, you might have a chance of getting diabetes and high cholesterol. So exercise more and more that you will lose weight and help to fight disease.
