How to deal with your stress?

In our daily life,we always meet lots of things make us feel nervous,and different people have different ways to deal with them,I prefer to do some sports.What about you?

Sports make me more stressful now. I prefer to sleep it off. Shopping is anther alternative other than eating.

Turn the volume of my CD player and I will shout out loud inside my room. That is what I do honestly. After that, i'l drink lots of water then I can feel Im okay to move again.

I either take the dog for a long walk around the neighborhood or listen to some music.

Me, i read a very interesting book or i usually go to my hang out which is my bed room and have a good sleep. When we are stress our cells damage, so i go to sleep to restore all the damage cells. I also go for 2 min shower before sleeping. When at work i eat sweets and chocolate whenever I am stressed, because sugar are brain food, i get energy from it to help me think for a situation.

I agree with you. I found the best way to relieve stress is to do some exercise or some sort of sporting activity such as racquetball, maybe toss a baseball or football around. The activity is good for you and you relieve the tension you've pent up all day long. So it's two for the price of one. An even better sport I found is playing hockey in my spare time since it's a great workout and you get to let off some steam.

I find something to do, to take my mind off it. I might even listen to some soothing Music, take a hot Shower, do some Yoga. The are lots of things to do. come here and chat with everyone. Hve a nice day!

I usually do some sports too, actually I would just go for a good run. I think sweating it out feels good after a day of hard work. :) If I am not feeling well, I'll probably just sleep it off to make myself feel better.

Hello dear tracy. I hope that you have not forgotten me, your mylot friend. I miss you and I am very happy to see you back to mylot after so many months of not having seen you active.How have you been doing? I hope that you are getting well in many respects. I guess that you have already graduated from college and are working now. Well, let's come to the point. To deal with stress from work and such, I usually talk to my best friends and they are always there for me or if I am not in the mood to talk with anybody, I will go and take a walk or ride on the country road or somewhere quiet...Happy mylotting, tracy.

i prefer listening to soft music or watch a nice romantic or comedy movie. these things really help me beat stress and tension.
