In our daily life,we always meet lots of things make us feel nervous,and different people have different ways to deal with them,I prefer to do some sports.What about you?

bananaeast I agree with you. I found the best way to relieve stress is to do some exercise or some sort of sporting activity such as racquetball, maybe toss a baseball or football around. The activity is good for you and you relieve the tension you've pent up all day...
