Do you think Internet really helps you to gain more knowledge?

Since I spend nearly 6-8 hours I am learning a lot on the internet. Nowadays we hardly find time to read. So internet is the best place where we can increase our knowledge.

No doubt about that you can take mylot as example. You will earn here by posting responses besides that before you post/ respond to any discussions first you have to read the discussion and also other responses and then we have to post by this we can learn what we have not

Yes. It does help us gain more knowledge. It's information in an instant and you have a lot of resources for almost everything. :) It even amazes you how much is out there to learn.

Yes. You can find almost anything over the internet, unlike in the early days where you need to go to a certain national library to do your research, thanks to the internet, it's right there at the comfort of your home. But you just have to be careful especially in finding out if the information you got is legitimate or just a hoax, Internet is so vast that almost any information is being shared where you can't or have a hard time verifying the aunthenticity. But overall, internet really helps a lot in gaining more knowledge.

Yes, I'm really gain more knowledge from the internet, internet give me much help in my daily work. When I come across some problems in my job, I will find the methods through the internet. From the internet, I deal with a lot of problems and gain much knowledge. Working with the internet is really convenient.

My answer is yes, i can get information from the net. The weather, the travelling route, the scenic spot introduction, user guides etc.Whenever i come across a problem, i'd first turn to the internet for help,there're lots of books, information, and experience here shared by others.I like reading and studing on the internet. Definitely. The internet has so much to offer and are just waiting for us to tap it. If one is just diligent in searching one would eventually find it. It is multimedia, it has no boundaries, people of any race and time could exchange ideas and the fastest speed. Maybe in the future education will be more geared to the internet.

it's about 90% possibility that you acquire more knowledge by the use of internet. books is not common nowadays, as what i observed almost 90% of our discussions are taken from the internet not from the textbooks. our professor encourage us to research on the net than go in the library.

I always have fun searching the net, and I nearly always find a good link to send to my friends. even my foreign friends in different countries usually enjoy the stuff I send them :)

it definitely helps. theres so much you can find out on the net. you can pretty much search anything and your sure to find it.

you can find the world in the internet, not literally speaking but, online you can go to places where you can't and takes out your limits of not being in a place where you want to learn...

Internet helps me a lot to gain more knowledge and because of that it helps me to answer my assignments. I really like search in internet. It keeps me updated on other things that happened. It also helps me to find the things that I really need. Thera are times that I realized something because of the internet. And if I like something to know right away like for example the appearance of the place I could also search first on the internet to know it so that I could expect it already what it looks like. Internet could help me also for the accessibility of finding what I want to know especially in terms of contact numbers of the site. Internet helps me to realize some educated matters.

I do learn a lot. When I read something that I don't understand (which comes up quite often), I look it up on Wikipedia. Admittedly I only get a basic gist of it, I'm still learning many things every day.
