What do you think about those who simply put "yes" or "no" for a response

I am usually very kind and generous about giving a plus to anyone who responds.but what about those who simply say "yes" or "no"
Even if you can write much ..I think you should, at least, write a sentence..
Maybe they would like a yes or no button?

Yes..I think if mylot offered it ..they would push a yes button or no button and have nothing more to do with typing;)

I am very generous about giving pluses as well as long as people are not being rude or disrespectful to anyone on here. I would prefer at least a sentence in the response instead of a yes or now. I am always wanting to know how people feel about different topics and other peoples thoughts.

MYLOT did go into detail about what a quality response is..and so I support MYLOT in this..that you should at least try to make a sentence..It doens't have to be grammatically correct..but something of substance..+

I hate them. I personally think myLot is meant for DISCUSSIONS. Not a money earning joint. I have seen a lot of fellow myLotters going behind the money part of this. They simply dont realize this greates opportunity that myLot has given us. Making friends with people all over the world. I usually try to make conversation. Ask questions. What I lack is time. Cos I come to myLot as and when I'm free at my work place. Good luck.

i think those who only write yes and no,
they dont understand english.
and only know yes and no.
even i also dont no pure english but always write.

I have always wondered the thoughts on this one as well. How can you Rate someone who answers like this? I am still seeing it even with the New updates..

Yes..I think people need to gently tell these people who respond to change their ways or they may lose membership status..I dont think MYLOT wants to have people who don't try to contribute something more than one word.. Not everyone here is an English major.. or teacher..so grammar is not so important as the thoughts being conveyed.+

well, sometimes the question really only required a yes or no response... in some posts, the poster already stated very clearly that they only want a yes or no answer... may be that's why people just respond yes or no... otherwise, they have to at least explain something...

I don't give out positive ratings to people who don't put any effort into their response. I would rather get a quality answer over a short one that was written just to add a number to their score and earnings. Even simple questions can be commented on and it only takes a few extra seconds to type out a decent response.

im very new here so dont know much abt earning system.. but i still wonder will myLOT pays to those who reply in yes or no? .. i always try to reply as much as possible RELATED to the topic offcourse.. i even share my experiences relating to the topic..
Afterall we r not just here to earn money .. myLot is a platform to share our ideas n knowledge n make new good friends.

I think MYLOT made some sort of alet not too long ago and said that the responses that are shorter will not be considered valuable contributions..so I am merely entering this topic to help these people realize that they really are not getting ahead by their short answers..Sure they may be in a hurry..but if you answer will not count because you didnt take time to write something of value ..why write it?
I think we can help others out and correct others in a nice way..I don't mean this to put these folks down but rather to help to bring them up..since their ratings will only get better if they start writing better responses.

People who write yes or no are trying to increase their rating faster than anyone else. So, they should be paid less than those who write a normal like this one.

I have resolved that for those who continue after one warning from me..I am usually so very kind..would get a minus..Since MYLOT did take time to explain what they are looking for in answers..
You dont have to be grammatically correct or have perfect spelling .Just give us something to show you care;)+

I have noticed that if you give your answer in yes or no only, it is not counted. Even the new guidelines states that. I think so now people have to be more careful about the answers they are giving or else they wont make any money.

They are banned but I got through several pages and seen several no's and ye's as answers..I hate to be a meany because I am a very nice person..So I thought maybe people will see this and take note.?+

They waste there time...bcoz responding yes or no will not generate any cash for them... myLot mantains that the text has to have a particular length.... So u escape frm typing Yes/No.... Go to my Photos .....See and rate them... It will help both of us...
