Today’s been a really rough day for me. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. I just don’t feel like doing anything. I don’t feel like MyLotting, playing EverQuest or quilting. I didn’t even feel like fixing dinner and had to make myself do it otherwise Hubby would starve. I’m not sure if I’m starting to get sick or depressed or what. Last night I went to bed at 9pm b/c my legs were hurting and I ended up waking up at 2am, couldn’t get back to sleep, finally got up at 330am and played on the PC till 530am and then went back to bed…waking up Hubby…slept for an hour and then got up again. I don’t know if the run down feeling I’ve had all day is b/c of the sleep interruption, the overcast weather, depression or trying to get sick. I’m just hoping that when I get up tomorrow I feel better. Do you ever have a day when you just don’t feel like doing anything? How do you get through the day? **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Wow!! you say you don't feel like myLotting and I have just received 7 new discussions you have started. I have never on my very best day ever posted more than 3 discussions. I am scared to imagine how many new ones your brain could come up with on a day you felt like doing something...

LOL I'm feeling somewhat better...I think it's just alot of different things hitting me all at the same time. If I didn't keep a restriction on how many discussions I start each day I'd have tons started every day LOL As it is, I just start 5 a day...the other two were late night ones before I went to bed...I hope you enjoyed them. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I think days like that are the BEST days to get off your duff and go for a walk outside. If you are feeling uninspired, go for a walk. Take your dog if you have one - make it a stop and smell the roses day, and it may just turn your mood around.

I have those days, I am sure everyne has those days. I usually just end up napping or watching television most the day I have had these moods last up to 4 days and not get on the computer because of it. That is one reason why I am just now getting to this discussion to answer it because I have been backlogged on my inbox from yahoo and just now getting to these discussions.

I have a lot of days like this, but I do suffer with depression and other conditions.Your health can be a factor with the way you feel from day to day.We need to take care of our self the best way we can. Your body could have been telling you to rest that day.

I do from time to time.I think with me it"s that I get really tired or rundown. Then if I feel like I haven't done enough I start to feel guilty.

Many days are like that for me. You so don't want to get out of bed, but you have to because other people rely on you or you have to go to work, but you'd much rather stay put and sleep the day away. I get through it by spending a few mins at my computer, a few mins folding washing and a few hours of lounging on the couch! lol.

Sounds like it could have been due to lack of sleep. I have days like that where I don't feel like doing anything but laying around. Those days are horrible, but they do pass. I hope everything works out and you start to feel better!

Everyone has those days. Just chill and do what feels best. If it's watching tv and being a veggie all day then so what? Go for it! I'm lucky enough to be able to just do what I want, so when I have those days I snuggle in bed with a book or remote! LOL

I have days like that too. Sometimes I cant seem to get interested in anything, and no matter what I try to do I get bored with it. Usually I just find something to watch on the pc or tv just to pass the time. I hope you get over it soon.

Oh,yeah! I have those days occasionally. Sometimes, like you, my aches and pains don't let me feel like doing something. Then again, I have some days when I just don't feel like dealing with the everyday issues of housework, bills or things I can't change. Sometimes I think I am just bored.Something that helps me get out of the sad, bad, bored mood is to play some music. I start with some sad bluesy or angry music and move up to more upbeat, happy stuff. That always seems to make me feel better.

Interuption of the normal sleep pattern can totally ruin your whole day. I know for me, if I do not get enough sleep, it is hard for me to do anything. I can not concenntrate on reading or doing much else without nodding off. I also can get very irritated. Sounds like a lot of things can be playing a part in you not feeling yourself today. There are many times when I wake up depressed. I just put on my gospel music and I feel better right away. I hope you do feel better tomorrow.

My sundays are sometimes like that after doing my route all night w/o sleep. I get home and so overtired that I can't sleep. I just end up watching tv, reading, or surf the net. Usually I'll read in bed, thou, and end up falling asleep eventually.

I seem to have those day alot also. I don't really have anything that is really bothering me right now, but sometimes I feel like that also when I have alot on my mind and do not know where to start to make it all better. I bet you are just tired and do not feel good. I work seven days per week and it takes its toll on me sometimes. I have days where I do not want to do anything also but I think it is a mixture of being tired, depressed, stressed, bad weather or just need some time to relax.

I have days like that. I just don't feel like doing anything at all. I normally will force myself to do things anyway, but there are days when I give in and do nothing. Hope your tomorrow is better.

Yes I do. These kinds of days can be difficult. Could be a variety of factors. Dreary weather can bring anyone down. Lack of sleep can compound the problem. I try to fake a little up beat behavior. Turn on some cheerful music. Sometimes that works. Hope you feel better throughout the day.
