Do you borrow money from others?

I am blessed to have generous and supportive parents and relatives, so I have never had to borrow money from other people. And I always find a way to pay it back 10-fold, not necessarily in cash, but in the form of favor or other way of helping. Family is a great support system.

We all need money to survive. I dont like to borrowing money from others; not even the banks. I hate the head ache of thinking I have to pay back. I like to try and have my own money as much as possible. I try not to be a spndthrift. As I get older I become wiser.

No I try not to borrow, but I did borrow $20.00 yesterday from my friend. I will pay it back to her real soon.

so far, i try my best not to borrow any money from anybody... i try to live as frugal as i can and depend on God... so far, His grace and mercy is sufficient for me and i am able to survive without having to borrow money from anybody... if i have to ask for money, i will ask it from my parents... they are the best persons who will help me... take care and have a nice day...

Unless i have no choice, i wun wanna borrow money from ple too, including my family members and good frenz.. Because it can become a habit, plus it's not a good habit.. ONce we start, we will always think thta there will always be someone there to lend us money when we need.. But once they start to refuse, we will think that they are selfish, and dun wanna help.. But in the 1st place, we are the ones who has the wrong perception in the 1st place.. And thus, i wun wanna borrow money unless really really urgent..

I am reminded of these words of Shakespeare: "Neither A Borrower Nor A Lender Be".I also believe in the other saying that Money is the root cause of all evil.It is the reason why friends fight and part,why misunderstandings happen and why rifts occur in families that were going well with one another.I think it is very important that we try to minimize our financial dependence on friends and relatives.I can say these things because I have seen how my my Dad has lended money to needy friends but that has never been repayed till now though it is long overdue.

Actually, no. Not anymore...at least, I don't think so. I don't remember much about borrowing money from other people, and I have a feeling that's a good thing, because I don't like to get into debt. Not from my family members, not anyone else. Not before, not now. Now that i'm under SSI with direct deposits, I don't have to.

yeah i do man...but not from anyone....there are a couple of friends of mine...when anybody in the group needs it ...then the rest of us are always ready...and there is no condition on returning it....but you have to help when if others need it...thats..it

For me, borrow money from others is not a problem. My friends often borrow money from me so when I want to borrow from my friends, they are happy to borrow money for me.

yep.. from my sisters and brother a lot... they do the same with me.. life's smoother knowing you can count on somebody when you're broke.

I like your logic. Too often people are hurried in asking for money and this can not only embarrass the person asking for it but can also hurt the person to whom is being asked. Often times people are not friendly and courteous and do not pay the person back.. this causes a trust issue with the person.

there is no problem for me borrowing or lending money to others ... but i do keep in mind that if I borrow from someone, I return it as soon have the money. I do not like keeping people hoping for return.

Borrowing money from others or friends is not bad.However,you should have good communications with each other and avoid promising return date which is not attainable or not feasible for you to return the money.This is the common approach by many in order to convince somebody,however,this is the start of her says,the people you borrowed the money will tell to his friend that you borrowed money and promised to return it in a certain date but you did not make it. For me,I do borrowed money from trusted individual who offer a little percentage from the money I have borrowed,there are lots of individual loan business right now and they are offering low interest compared to bank,so I preferred to borrow from them.

If I have to... I will borrow money sometimes, usualy to my close friends or my brother... :(

i hate borrow money from others too, so i try my best to avoid it, and lend my friends money if they ask.

i only borrow money if i really need it. i borrow money from my bf lol i also let him borrow my money if he's the one who really needs it also

I have borrowed the moeny to my classmate,I don't think so much first,but her don't return to me now.I don't know how to ask her.

i used to have this freakin rich friend, her allowance a day is 10 times more than everybody's! so whenever i borrow money from her, and if i pay her back she would kick me! she'll say that i'm not supposed to pay her back, but she didn't have to kick me! actually i think it's only me and this other friend of mine that she kicks, that rich witch just can't say it nicely... but she suddenly had this friend who was like some kind of bodyguard who chases me and my friend away if we boorow money... but they're all nice just a bit crazy... i guess we all got big headed but we stopped...

only from siblings, coz even though i would get a refusal it doesnt realy affect me, i dont borrow money from friends

I never borrow money from other people.. friends, family etc.. I just wont do it. I hate having to ask other people for money so I dont. I do, however, lend money out to other people if they ask me for it.
