What are your goals in life. Have you achieved them or are you still striving to achieve your goals? What are you doing to achieve them?

I'm still striving to achieve them. My goal is be able to provide for the needs of my family like education, food, clothing. I think that would be a lifetime goal for me. It's not easy, but I really hope to be able to provide them at least their basic needs.

Providing the best for our family I think is a lifetime goal for all of us. Other than their basic needs we have to strive hard to give our family some additional comforts also and for that we have to work very hard. But what about yourself as an individual? Did you not want anything special only for yourself?

I've had many goals in life and accomplished most of them. I have a tendency to tire of stuff after a while and go after something new. I try new things, to see if I like them, some I do, some I don't.
My last goal was to retire from owning my business in 10 years. I did it in 5. I am now teaching dance, part time, earning on line, and my newest goals are to finish doing projects on my home and travel a lot, even if just camping.
One large goal was a trip to Italy, for a month, and it's happening this year!! I can't wait!

We will be going, soon, to Italy. It's been a lot of work arranging it. We are flying to Rome, renting an apartment there for a week, then fly down to Palermo, Sicily, to be with family.
After that, fly to Naples to go down to Sorrento where we are renting another apartment, then to Florence, once again renting.
Of course we will take trips from each location where we are staying, like a day in Venice, visit Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius, etc.
I can't wait!!
I know about boredom. I have taken up so many hobbies, do well with them but then think, been there, done that, lol.
I will never tire of decorating, home improvements, etc. That's always been a favorite of mine.

Hi there mayka! Normally, I prefer to reach my long-term goal in my own time, own target. That is.. to be able to travel around, staying at 1 particular place for a few years then move on.
I just graduated with a diploma, probably I'll work for a few years in my own country first before furthering my studies or proceeding with my wandering life out there.
Right now, I'm earning my own airfare and expenses to California! Am going to stay there for a month before I begin with my career. So looking forward to that! =)

Hi, my primary goal in the short-term is to become a careers adviser. In the long-term I hope to become quite successful and senior in this profession, but I may branch out into occupational psychology at some point. I'm really interested in psychoetric testing, and love helping and advising people when it comes to their life choices. To achieve these goals, I am currently studying towards an Open University Psychology degree, and diong the NVQ level 3 in advice and guidance, which is the main qualification needed in order to become a careers adviser in the UK. I'm getting the experience I need for this by volunteering in advice providers. I've got a long way to go, but I know I can get there in the end.
