narnaneana Hi, I like the sound of these sweeter breads. I can neer be bothered to make my own to be honest. In terms of shop bought stuff, I love granary bread or any other multi-grain type. If I'm having bread rolls I like wholemeal ones.

narnaneana I have never heard of ice cream cake but I have no doubt that I would love it and that I would like to make Neapolitan ice cream cake, including chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice creams somewhere in the cake. Sounds absolutely gorgeous!
